Worst “hotel” experience I have ever had and ruined our family trip and lost money

Everything from the pubic hair found in the refrigerator handle, bodily fluid stains on the wall, uncleaned tables, floors, chairs, and furnishings. Toilet paper already in the can upon entering. Hair left on the pillow. Boogers on the wall. With all that, then being transferred to another room which was just as bad as the Door wouldn’t lock and had a handy man come and fix it with me required to stay and preventing me from doing planned activities and taking time from my trip, the whole reason I need the hotel. To make it worse after opening the door the alarm would blare very loud which could be heard across the entire floor. The staff even said that was not supposed to happen. All in all, this is a MOTEL, NOT A HOTEL, and known by locals/my uber driver as a “love motel” so do with that what you will. This is my review from my personal experience and it was one of, if not the worst stay I’ve had in any country.

Skvělá lokalita téměř u schodů k Pusanské věži, kousek od BIFF street a v docházkové vzdálenosti do Jagalchi market. Velmi vděčná jsem za možnost parkování v hotelu. Personál milý a ochotný pomoci, když jsme potřebovali - např jsme zjistili, že jsme si koupili jídlo, ohřáli ho, ale nemáme ho čím sníst :-D U recepce je možnost použít mikrovlnku, nabrat si vodu Pokoj i koupelna byly dostatečně velké a koupelna měla sprchový kout se zástěnou - skvělé! :-) Pokoj i koupelna jsou v tmavém stylu, nábytek už má něco za sebou - takže dojem působí horší než je. Ale v tomto pokoji si neplatím za luxus a s tím jsem se tam jela ubytovat. Pokoj byl čistý, povlečení a ručníky také - postel trošku tvrdší, ale vyspaly jsme se dobře! Pro mne rozhodně převážily plusy, dcera zvyklá na světlé nablýskané interiéry byla trochu nespokojena, ale nakonec také ocenila blízkost míst, která jsme chtěli navštívit.

Cons:

Pro mne pokoj splnil očekávání, možná jen, že na fotkách působil pokoj světlejší a v lepším stavu.

Worst ever hotel; does not fit the review

Cons:

Whole building is very badly maintained. Should be delisted from booking.com so called good review.
Family room is a no-no.
Requested 2 times room change still below expectation. Room has musky smell, no aircon, faucet leaking, bad lighting, bed sheet is dirty, molded refrigerator, bathroom dirty etc...
