1.The lady at reception was very nice.
We were offered breakfast upon our arrival date, upgraded to a better room, and received our room at 8 am free of charge.
2. the staff are helpful, and the view is wonderful. I thank the staff for their excellent service, especially the receptionist, Guven, who is a helpful, professional, and intelligent person, speaks several languages, and gives reliable advice the same receptionist cahit.
