Hotel que brilha pela simpatia dos funcionários, limpeza impecável e pequeno almoço de 5 estrelas
Pros:

A localização é perfeita e o pequeno almoço tinha muita variedade, desde ovos mexidos, bacon, salsichas, pão variado, queijo, fiambre, máquina com café, 3 variedades de sumo, croissants, bolos, cereais. A equipa muito simpática, principalmente a Mariana, que nos recebeu com um sorriso e depos serviu-nos o jantar.

Cons:

A cama extra que pedi ficou a tapar o guarda-fato, por isso não conseguimos por lá os nossos enormes casacos de inverno. Mas também não vi outro local onde a cama poderia ficar. Acho que ficaria melhor num quarto maior para podermos usufruir do guarda fato.

Pros:

A nossa estadia foi fantástica. O pequeno-almoço era muito completo e com produtos frescos. Os funcionários foram sempre extremamente prestáveis e acolhedores, fazendo-nos sentir em casa. O quarto era muito confortável e silencioso, garantindo um descanso perfeito. Para completar, o jantar no alojamento foi uma experiência deliciosa e de grande qualidade. Recomendamos vivamente!

Gostamos do Hotel
Pros:

Gostamos do atendimento e do quarto. Para uma família com 2 crianças foi perfeito.

Cons:

Não gostamos do restaurante do hotel. O jantar é as 20h mas as 19h já não foi possível fazer reserva para o jantar das 20h, somente para as 21h.
Então fomos acomodados as 21h na mesa mas só recebemos nosso jantar as 22h10..
Isso é desagradável principalmente com duas crianças.
E fomos informados que o prato que tínhamos pedido já não havia mais. Que teríamos que escolher outro.
Nada grave mas gerou descontentamento.
