Pros:

We had a very nice room with a see view. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff in general was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing that we did not like, the veggies such as tomatoes,cucumbers, avocados, almost all not fresh at the breakfast. They had a strange, rotten taste. There was a wide variety at the breakfast, but unfortunately the vegetables were not fresh.

Very nice sometimes no sunbeds to lye on plunge pool on balcony difficult to get into for older people like me no handle

Would recommend
Pros:

Location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach and 5 min drive from western water park. If you want to go to the shopping centre it’s only 25 min taxi and palma centre not much further and taxi 20 min to airport. The hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and had an amazing view across the bay. Nice pool area although shame people were reserving sun beds for hours without being there but the lifeguard did stop this half way through our stay which was good. Staff always friendly and also helpful with booking taxis etc. The lunch round the pool/bar was really tasty! 5/10 min walk to the magaluf strip but don’t let this put you off at all as couldn’t hear anything at all even when on the balcony at night but if you do want to be near the strip then it’s great as you can walk to magaluf beach easily which has more nice restaurants etc.

Cons:

The food at breakfast was lovely but the options were the exact same every day, I know there might not be much variation they could do but would be good to change it up a bit but the food everyday was really nice regardless. We didn’t eat dinner in the hotel but every night looked like a different theme so that was a bonus.
