Cons:

Todo bien, es un poco incomodo el "todo integrado" dormitorio y baño, aunque esta bien resuelto con un espejo grande.

The evening buffet was like feeding time at the zoo. I don’t like the fact you have to pay for the better beds, there are no beds on the rooftop pool bar unless you pay

Brilliant hotel, will definitely stay again
Pros:

Beautiful clean Hotel and the breakfast was superb, so much choice we were spoiled for choice.
We thought drinks and food round the pool were reasonable and so tasty. Sangria and cocktails were gorgeous.

Cons:

As we had an early flight we would have liked to get into our room a little earlier.
We were able to use a courtesy room but would have preferred to get unpacked and sorted sooner.
Maybe bring your leave time from 12.00 to 11.00 to enable housekeeping to get in quicker

Bardzo udany pobyt dzięki świetnej lokalizacji, miłej obsłudze i smacznym śniadaniom, jednak standard sprzątania wymaga

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo ładny hotel, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania oraz wyjątkowo miły i pomocny personel.

Cons:

Niestety czystość pokoju pozostawiała trochę do życzenia – widoczne były ślady kurzu, a pościel nie została wymieniona ani razu podczas 5-dniowego pobytu.

Good hotel but far from the 5 star rating.
Pros:

Loved the location. Hotel very clean. View from 7th floor room was amazing

Cons:

Wasn't in my opinion 5 star. Lacked and restaurants other than one buffet and no entertainment. Breakfast had no cava/fizz which most 5 star properties would usually have. No room service again that you would expect from a 5 start hotel. They charge for beds on the rooftop pool but no sign so felt rather embarrassed when bar man said we need to pay for them.
