الفندق خرجت منه قبل انتهاء مدة الحجز لعدم احترامهم للنزيل وعدم الاعتذار عن الاساءات التي تعرضت لها والعنصريه وعائلتي سواء من ادارة الفندق وكذلك الاستقبال ، بالاضافه الى انتهاك خصوصيتي من قبل النزيل الملاصق لغرفتي من الشرفه الخاصه فيني والتعدي علي كذلك بالالفاظ غير لائقه ولم القى الاهتمام الكافي من ادارة الفندق او الاعتذار المناسب .

Excellent beach hotel at Palmanova beach with excellent breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was AMAZING!! Hotel is located right by the beach which is awesome! Rooms are beautiful and with balconies, which is always a plus for me. Hotel facilities are absolutely stunning. Would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

Public parking is a mess and not easy to find unless you pay the extra money for the hotel parking. Also didn’t like the beds, the mattress is memory foam and I woke up every morning in pain.

The location is good near the beach. Breakfasts are good

Cons:

The swimming pool area is shabby
I saw two cockroaches in my room (8 floor) , had to kill one
I didn’t get the housekeeping system, for example I used glasses and after the housekeeping they were left dirty in my sink.

Agréable séjour proche de Palma (environnement très moyen)
Pros:

Bel hôtel personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Très copieux et qualitatif petit déjeuner avec terrasse agréable. Chambre bien décorée avec vue mer sue la baie de Palma

Cons:

Hôtel mal placé dans un quartier très populaire malgré la belle plage et des bons restaurants qui l'entourent à proximité. Petite chambre et manque d'isolation de la toilette, écoulement d'eau le long de la paroi de douche vers l'extérieur.
