We had a wonderful stay at Solaire Resort Entertainment City. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. We especially appreciated that they were not too strict with the check out time, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress free. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

My recent staycation at Solaire was an absolutely wonderful experience, made even better by the exceptional assistance provided by Pamela and Pauline of Sky Tower.

From the moment I arrived, Pamela greeted me with a warm smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. She took time to explain all the resort amenities, recommended great dining options based on my preferences, and even arranged for a room with a stunning view as a nice touch.

During my stay, I needed assistance with extending my room checkout time, Pauline was incredibly responsive and proactive – she not only processed the extension smoothly. She followed up to ensure everything went as planned, which showed genuine care for guest satisfaction.

The resort itself offered top-notch accommodations, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, it was the personalized, professional service from Pamela and Pauline that truly made my stay memorable. They were both knowledgeable, courteous, and went above and beyond to meet my needs.

I would highly recommend Solaire for anyone looking for a quality staycation in Metro Manila, and I hope to have the pleasure of being assisted by Pamela or Pauline again on my next visit.

My check-in experience was smooth and very professional, thanks to Mr. Sean, who made the process seamless and welcoming.
I would also like to highly commend Housekeeping Supervisor Curib and Edison for their assistance and for proactively reaching out to check if we needed anything else in our room. Their attentiveness was truly appreciated. The In-Room Dining staff who assisted us (I unfortunately forgot her name) and Housekeeping Telephone Operator Sairra were both very polite and accommodating.
Special mention to Room Attendant Alex, who was very nice and efficient. He consistently made sure that we had everything we needed in the room, which made our stay even more comfortable.
I would also like to recognize Ms. Isabel, Sir CJ and Ms. Nicole from the Sky Tower Reception for their prompt assistance. They were very knowledgeable about the property and extremely helpful.
During check-out, Ms. Pauline and Ms. Honey assisted me. They were very accommodating, ensuring that I had a smooth and pleasant check-out experience.
Overall, the service was outstanding, and the team truly made my stay memorable. I look forward to coming back!

I would like to commend the hospitality of the staff at Solaire North. The HK staff who cleaned our room (was not able to get the name) has the initiative to check if there's anything that we need. The pool attendant/life guard, Alchris Uba was very accommodating and really provided good service to our family. He's very attentive and look after the kids swimming in the pool making the parents feel at ease. There is just 1 thing I wish they can improve; we found a bug in the bed and even had a video that it is alive and crawling. I told the telephone operator about it, they only sent the pest control staff and HK staff to check and nothing more. No room transfer was offered, no duty manager checked on us. Nothing. We requested for 2pm LCO and just given 1pm. That is not the type of service recovery I expect from a 5 star hotel.

It was good.
However, the hotel provided rooms to guests in old, unrenovated facilities, which was inconvenient.
Furthermore, the staff's response to room maintenance requests was slow, which needs improvement.
I wish they offered guests discounts at the hotel's spa and restaurants.

We checked in before the theatre show starts and it was really fast. Lara was so kind and we were delighted that she upgraded our room. The room is so spacious; the bay view was so relaxing and I really like the vibe of our room. It was really a best place just to sit down and relax on the living room. I wish we had more time to do that!

The room felt spacious and well-organized, providing plenty of space to move comfortably. The layout was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to navigate while maintaining a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The seating and setup added to the overall comfort, allowing guests to enjoy the space without feeling crowded.

We booked at Solaire because we were seeing a show at The Theatre. This was a very convenient option for us. It made the experience easy knowing that we only had to walk back to our room after the show. Solaire, in general, is such a feast to the senses -- there is so much to see and do. All the staff we encountered had ready smiles and were very courteous.

Despite being situated in a vibrant area, the atmosphere inside the hotel is remarkably quiet, secure, and serene. My family and I felt completely safe and at ease throughout our stay.

Every detail reflected careful attention to quality. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and the overall ambiance allowed us to truly rest and recharge. For the level of comfort, service, and amenities provided, the hotel offers a just-right value for money—an experience that feels premium yet worthwhile.

We booked a deluxe room just to stay a night after a Les Miserables show. Ms. Khyla Nicole of Sky Tower front office was so kind and helpful. She assisted us and explained all details we need to know, since it's also our 1st time to book with Solaire. We were surprised we got an upgraded room from deluxe to a sky suite room. My daughter doesn't want to go home because she loved the suite and facilities. The room smells and looks so clean. Even the hallway and carpets doesn't smell old. We also enjoyed the wide selection of buffet breakfast at Fresh. My daughter loved the pizzas from the Food Court. And most importantly, we felt the warm welcome despite the hotel being so grand and luxurious. All the staff were courteous, and were greeting and smiling at us whenever we passed-by. The hotel was also nearby the Skyway and Ayala Mall so it's an easy access whenever you want to go out. No traffic on the area as well! We will surely go back!

Very comfortable and feel like local situations very safe walk around without afraid. Win or lost no a problem but friendly staff guide us when we're needed

Spent my lucky chinese new year and a grand day out of the house at bay city metro manila's entertainment city gaming strip and flagship luxurious casino resort. Food was delicious and drinks are free in the casino along with a variety of slot machines and table games plus multiple vip gaming areas
