Stayed at Solaire Resort Entertainment City for my birthday and decided to ask if they had any birthday perks available. To our surprise, Solaire generously upgraded our Deluxe Bay View room to a beautiful Grand Suite complimentary, along with complimentary drinks for two.

The suite was absolutely stunning — spacious, luxurious, and made the celebration feel even more special. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, but I especially want to commend Mela for being so kind, smiling, and very easy to approach. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and added such a warm touch to our experience.

Everything from the ambiance, amenities, cleanliness, and breathtaking bay views exceeded expectations. It truly felt like a world-class luxury experience.

Thank you, Solaire, and thank you Mela, for making my birthday celebration so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and special staycation in Manila!

love solaire, 1st time in the north branch tho, over all satisfied except for the rooms provided us, super dusty. but the over all lay out of the hotel is much better than in pasay especially for non-gambling guests. thanks

We booked a room for an overnight stay. The hotel staff were all helpful and accommodating. Sir Karl from the front desk was very attentive and he even assisted me in checking-in even though he was at the other far desk for other concerns. He was very polite and gave a very detailed instructions on our room, welcome drinks, and express checkout pass. Upon checking in, the room was very spacious, it was clean and complete with toiletries. The bed was big and comfortable. And also, Sir Jimmy from the housekeeping also checked on us if we still needed anything. He even gave us more water. Overall, the hotel stay was great!

We had an amazing stay at Solaire Resort Entertainment City. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, elegant, very clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Had an amazing staycation at Solaire Resort Entertainment City! From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The hotel amenities were top-notch — we especially loved the free sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, which made our stay extra relaxing and luxurious. The pool was also huge, clean, and perfect for unwinding.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a classy ambiance that truly made the experience feel premium and relaxing. There were no disturbing noises from the other rooms or outside. The location were very accesible especially since we came from south.

What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. The staff all throughout the hotel and casino were very accommodating, approachable, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Ms. Lara from the Front Desk for being so warm, professional, and helpful during our stay.

Overall, Solaire offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. Definitely one of the best staycation experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back! Worth the price!

I would especially like to commend Joshua Orobia for his exceptional assistance and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One thing we highly appreciated was his initiative in preparing our IRD breakfast arrangement since we would not be able to use our breakfast at Fresh Restaurant due to our early schedule at 6:00 AM. His thoughtful assistance made our experience even more convenient and memorable.

Our 4 days and 3 nights stay at Solaire was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed in different 5-star hotels around Manila, but Solaire definitely became our favorite. From the luxurious ambiance, excellent service, and overall experience everything was beyond amazing.

We stayed in the Grand King Corner Room, and without a doubt, it’s now our ultimate favorite room. The space, comfort, elegance, and beautiful atmosphere made our stay extra special and unforgettable.

We also want to give a special thank you to Miss Chin Nicolas, our receptionist during check-in. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional. Since it was my birthday, we had a few requests, and we truly appreciated that she gladly helped us and made our celebration even more memorable. Small gestures like that really make guests feel valued and cared for.

Our overnight stay at Solaire Resort Entertainment City last May 2–3 was truly memorable. We stayed at Sky 1016 together with my wife, mother, and mother-in-law, and we were impressed by how luxurious, comfortable, and relaxing the entire experience was. Special thanks to Shaina and Regine for arranging our room so well and making our stay extra smooth and welcoming. We also enjoyed dining at the food court, pool bar, Lucky Noodles, and Fresh — every meal was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful family staycation that we will surely cherish and come back to.

Having world-class live theatre as part of a hotel experience speaks volumes about Solaire's commitment to offering guests more than just a place to sleep — it offers a destination in its own right.

The Solaire Resort - Entertainment City is beautiful, the restaurant choices are all top shelf, and the staff is the friendliest you will find anywhere. The rooms are spacious, the internet works great, the amenities (pool, etc.) are terrific. We would love to come back.

Always peaceful, safe and relaxing environmemt. Cleanliness is visible in the whole area and you see people enjoying, especially senior citizens like me.
