Pros:

Location, very good bed and lining. Nice toilet.

Cons:

Breakfast, terrible boring , I stayed for 4 nights and every day was the same boring cake, cheese, terrible eggscramble and same sausage. Only cucumber and tomato from vegetables, nothing local. Coffee was also bad and sour.

Good value for money and excellent position in the heart of Riga
Pros:

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, spacious room (and bathroom!) and with a very good wi-fi connection. The location was also lovely - although I do recommend coming in the summertime, to enjoy more of the greenery surrounding and the many parks Riga offers (one is right across the street from the hotel). Being situated right on the skirts of the old town, it has everything you could wish for within walking distance: from restaurants, pubs and cafes to local attractions. Oh, and the staff was absolutely amazing - all of them - super friendly, always smiling and ready to help! Amenities were also quite good. All in all, a very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel, offering really good value for money!

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated, and it shows in the peeling paint of the bathroom door frame or the stains on the curtain. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it was overall ok (good coffee selection!), and the breakfast room never got crowded.

Convenient, but could be better.
Pros:

Good location; the young girl on the reception was probably the friendliest Latvian we encountered on our trip. Should advise the Latvian Tourist Board!

Cons:

Check in was very slow. Rooms basic for a Radisson and bathrooms needed further cleaning. Slightly outdated and certainly had a Soviet feel to the property. Latvian's please smile a bit more - life is too short to be so miserable.
