Nice but failed to accommodate disabled guest.

Cons:

I am disabled, in a wheelchair. I specifically informed the hotel in advance to request an accessible room. I was given a room that was almost impossible to shower in - difficult step to get in, no handles. Need to remember this is a 4 star hotel.. basically not really acceptable.

Charmigt hotell och jättebra service, så trevliga, hjälpsamma och välkomnande i receptionen. Mycket bra läge och en vacker gammal byggnad.

Cons:

Lite slitet och frukosten var kanske inte den bästa men ändå trevlig och god.

Aamiainen oli riittävä. SIjanti on paras mahdollinen keskustan ytimessä. Ulkomaisia TV-kanaviakin oli pari.

Overall, a very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very smooth check-in process and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. The location is convenient, and the view from the room was beautiful — I especially enjoyed sitting by the window with my morning coffee.
The room was well-equipped, with a kettle and all the necessary bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). The bed was comfortable, and overall the stay felt relaxing. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

There was some street noise at night, but since the hotel is close to the Old Town and I stayed on a Friday, this was understandable. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast coffee, which could have been better.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.
