Hanoi Ancient Paradise Hotel

We were really impressed by how helpful Jasmine was at the front desk. She didn't just give us the usual tourist recommendations—she actually showed us some local food spots that we would never have found on our own. The hotel's central location made getting around very easy, and being close to the night market was a big bonus. The room was also spotless, cozy, and comfortable.

This hotel was exactly where we wanted to be. It is surrounded by everything we needed, and the weekend night market was practically around the corner. Jonny and Jasmine at the front desk made us feel welcome and were always ready to help without any fuss. We also really appreciated the bellboys, who quickly helped with our oversized luggage. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was perfect after a long day out.

We didn't feel completely comfortable booking tours online before our trip, so we preferred to arrange everything after arriving. Luckily, we met Ms. Nga at the hotel desk, and she was incredibly helpful. She recommended and organized excellent trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Giang, explaining the details and making sure everything was clear. Having someone trustworthy to help with the arrangements made a huge difference. The hotel was also central, clean, and beautifully maintained.

One of the most worst hotel I can describe it. I have book the hotel 2 months before our arrival, and during the time I have ask the property if we can take bath and fresh up first here since we will reach around 7am morning and our check in is at 2pm. They say can but during the time we want to check in the reception and manager never allow us to take bath and fresh up they say don’t have that facilities here. It was like scamming us because I have asked earlier and they say can. Really disappointed with the hotel service at last we didn’t check in this hotel and we found more better stay then this at nearby which is NT Elysian hotel highly recommend this hotel, it’s just 1 minutes walking distance only

I was very satisfied with my stay because the hotel delivered exactly what was described. The room was spotless and comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness from the housekeeping team. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help with any requests. I also booked in Ninh Binh day trip through the hotel, and I was impressed by how well everything was handled, even with unpredictable weather conditions. The organization and support made the trip stress-free and enjoyable.

Jasmine at the front desk provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. She was so attentive and kind. The hotel itself is gorgeous, featuring clean, stylish rooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring fresh juices and amazing local noodle soup. 19. This hotel has it all. Central location near the night market, spotless rooms, and an incredible tour desk. Ms. Nga helped us book an unforgettable triip to Ha Long Bay. It’s so convenient to have a trustworthy team handling your accommodation and travels.

My stay here was made even better by the excellent service and convenient location. The Ninh Binh excursion arranged by Ms. Nga was one of the highlights of my Vietnam trip. She was professional, friendly, and explained every detail clearly, making the experience easy to enjoy. The hotel itself feels modern and well cared for, with very high standards of cleanliness. Located in the busy center of Hanoi, it is surrounded by grea food options and close to the night market. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the fresh pho, and Jonny at the front desk was always friendly and helpful.

Not only is the hotel located perfectly in the center of Hanoi, but their travel service is also exceptional. Ms. Nga organized our Halong Bay cruise and Sapa trekking tour perfectly. The entire staff, including the front desk and the helpful bellmen, made our holiday stress-free.

The warm welcome we received on arrival set the tone for the rest of our stay. The bellboys were friendly, professional, and eager to assist with our luggage. We loved our spacious room, which was beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable. Despite the hotel's central location, the room remained wonderfully quiet throughout the night.

We booked both our Ninh Binh day trip and the Ha Giang loop through Ms. Nga at the hotel desk. She was incredibly professional, honest, and tailored everything to our budget. Combined with the pristine, clean rooms and the central location, this hotel is a 10/10

The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of fresh options, but the star of the show is definitely the live Pho station—the broth was rich and delicious. Jonny at reception was also super helpful in recommending the best local cafes nearby.
