Location is close to city centre.
Free breakfast was lovely.
Big shower that was nice.
Clean room and bedding.

Cons:

Mattress is too firm and pillows were lumpy. We had an awful nights sleep due to uncomfortability. Instructions to turn air con off were unclear.

Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful. And a really comfortable room. Very impressed

The friendliest and genuine and helpful staff.
Really comfy bed.
Easy to operate and quiet aircon.

Cons:

No herbal tea in room selection- small thing.
Breakfast was busy and tables being cleared before you were finished (solo traveller getting a coffee refill and table cleared while you gone!)
