there was a noise coming from the air conditioning ... sometimes it sounded like a flushing toilet.. 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed.. i prefer double bed

Cons:

Stayed here recently and unfortunately had a poor experience. The heating/AC in the room was not working, and the room was extremely cold, especially as I was staying with my child. I reported the issue early in the morning, but there was no proper response, and it was never fixed during my stay. I had to rely on a portable heater instead. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception, and the room had visible spider webs. Overall, very disappointing service and maintenance standards.
