Won't be staying there again.
Pros:

The smart tv and the room was clean.

Cons:

The food was burnt, the shower had no pressure and was leaking water everywhere, the sofa bed was squeaky. The car park is not attached to the hotel and is charged, I feel this was falsely advertised to

Pros:

Central. Very clean and very good value. Situated next to carpark where the hotel gives 55% of charges. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately on top floor and has noisy water pump which went on 20 mins after the shower. But this was our only minus point

Absolutely phenomenal staff!! Especially loyal, I don't know I've spelt his name right but he was the best staff I've ever had at a hotel. It was clean as! The bathroom was beautiful, lovely big shower, everywhere was spotless. Big lovely room, comfiest beds ever. Big tv! Lots of channels. Just outstanding especially for the price too. Close to shops and not far from train station. 'Loyal' tho the staff member went above and beyond for us a huge thankyou 🙏🏻 ❤️ from me and my daughter ❤️

Clean hotel for a great price
Pros:

Very friendly reception staff and perfect for free disabled parking (round the back . Don’t set your clock ) . Clean hotel with soaps (sadly I couldn’t use due to allergies) tasty sausages

Cons:

Hard bed . No fridge in the room (medication ) no lactose free milk or Catering’s for allergies to milk (no other egg option then the scrambled with milk in )

Soggiorno standard senza troppe pretese
Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione centrale e le camere sono pulite. La colazione abbastanza variegata.

Cons:

La porta di entrata viene chiusa la sera e quando sono arrivata non sapevo da dove entrare. È stato abbastanza frustrante perché non c’è un campanello né un cartello. Dopo circa 5 minuti un passante mi ha detto che c’era una seconda entrata sul retro ma non si fa così! Inoltre, i ragazzi che lavorano alla reception sono carini e disponibili però talvolta un po’ disorganizzati. Per esempio, nella prenotazione del taxi per due giorni consecutivi ci sono stati dei ritardi. Per ultimo, la sera è un po’ rumoroso.

Cons:

Desayuno demasiado britanico, le faltaba variedad en general.
Las señoras del aseo entraban cuando querian, tocaban una vez y si no les contestabas llegaban y entraban, lo cual fue demasiado incomodo, ya que interrumpen como si fuera su casa

Over all very poor condition and was very unhealth experienced
Pros:

Everything was very poor conditions. Lifts were not in order. Air condition was very old and not working. The bed was single for the family. No one help us about car park have to come twice for help.

Cons:

The staff was very mean and no one was helping. The breakfast was very cold and not enough for the guests.
