Overall it was a good stay even with being on the 10th floor. Only disappointment was the breakfast in th morning, bacon

Easy location to find,

Cons:

Family room was booked for 3, on the sofa bed only one pillow was given, by the time we noticed we were too tired to go and get one.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No biscuits in the room and only enough sachets for 1 coffee each.

Pros:

Spacious room, friendly efficient staff, good location, lovely hot shower, discounted parking just a few minutes away. A lovely breakfast.

Cons:

No heating and the air temperature in the room was cool, it was a cold evening. Once in bed it was not cold. The TV remote was unresponsive and 80% of the channels didn't work.

Pros:

It's very friendly from receptionist to catering staff. All very professional

Cons:

We had an issue with shower it wouldn't turn off!! Staff good moved us to another room. But no maintenance on duty. Rooms a bit jaded

Las camas eran horribles, no podíamos dormir en ellas..completamente hundidas como con muelles que rebotaban. Sin duda la moqueta del suelo mucho más cómodo, ya que el pequeño sofá que había en la habitación también estaba completamente hundido
