The best hotel I stayed at in Japan—exceptional service, amazing staff, and a perfect experience.
Pros:

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and luxurious, and the location is perfect for exploring Osaka. Every detail exceeded my expectations, and my family had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent, and I couldn’t find any areas that needed improvement.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Great hotel from the moment you arrive.
We used a luggage transfer from Tokyo and our luggage was already in our room upon arrival.
The check in was quick and easy.The rooms are well appointed and very clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful from check in, concierge and restaurant.
Great hotel central location near train station and shopping malls.
would definitely recommend this hotel.

already my 5th stay in Intercontinental Osaka and the 6th one is on the list!
Pros:

This is already the 5th time staying in Intercontinental Osaka and all I can say is that the service quality is still the highest that my wife and I have received across the globe!

We are heading to Osaka this time mainly for a brief weekend getaway after our child's birth and was rather late when we made the booking. As usual, we reached Mr. Bakhrom for the arrangement of the stay and we have to say that everything was literally PERFECT. With my wife still doing breastfeeding, we requested for a bottle sanitiser specifically prior to our stay and what's coming was far more than just the bottle sanitiser. But instead, its the care and blessing that's coming along with the sanitiser alone. Taking the red eye flight, we were a bit jaded arriving at the hotel. And that's how Intercontinental Osaka was able to provide us with a comfortable stay - check-in was swift with a very helpful foreigner staff at the IHG rewards sector and Mr. Bakhrom. We handed over our luggage to them and started our nice journey in Osaka. The room was ready was around 11ish and we could simply go back for a power nap after a sumptuous breakfast. The room was maintained at high quality as useful. The requests for mouthwash and other items that I made to Mr. Bakhrom 2 years ago (when I visited Intercontinental Osaka for the 2nd time, before I was a diamond member) were still remembered rotely. Previously reservation with the FHR programme would come along with sparkling tea but it was not available anymore. Instead, a jar of orange juice was prepared. To be honest, these are all considered as extra and its simply these subtle details which make the stay in Intercontinental Osaka more enjoyable. And that's also another reason why we decide to continue becoming a diamond ambassador.

Aside, the lounge in IC Osaka was stunning, (the other one which was equally good was that in the Strings by Intercontinental in Tokyo). Helpful staff with excellent view. The food was top notch as well. Please help me extend my sincerest gratitude towards the very tall Japanese staff. He has been in his position since 2024 and we are so glad every time returning and seeing him.

We have already planned our sixth visit here and can't wait to enjoy the top notch stay here!

The welcome and check-in process was wonderful and the staff even accommodated an early check-in.

Our room was beautiful, came packed with amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable they were available for any single additional request

Highlight was breakfast was easily the most complete and delicious spread I've had at any hotel, with such a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options that there was something new to try every morning.

Great Service and Perfect Location

I had a truly wonderful stay at the InterContinental Osaka.

The hotel’s location inside Grand Front Osaka is incredibly convenient, offering seamless access to the central shopping area and the subway. Our check-in experience was one of the best I've ever had thanks to Andrian, who warmly greeted me as a Platinum member, provided all my expected benefits, and gave us some great local food recommendations. The room itself was lovely and featured a spectacular view of the Osaka city skyline.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!

AMAZING
Pros:

The Intercontinental Osaka is a true description of hospitality; the team was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. The Rooms were amazing and beautiful. It was the best hotel experience we had during our 2 weeks travel in Japan. This is the only place we would stay if back in Osaka, thank you very much for your Hospitality.

InterContinental Osaka: Flawless Service and a Top 10 Stay
Pros:

Amazing stay at the InterContinental Osaka. The whole team was excellent from start to finish. The tall bellhop man was especially kind and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and genuinely helpful. Everyone we dealt with was meticulous and attentive, which is rare enough to notice. Housekeeping even organized our dirty laundry, which is the kind of detail that tells you this place gets it.

Breakfast was excellent too. The buffet was spot on, and the staff kept everything running clean and smooth without being in your face. The room was great, with excellent quality and a generous size. Honestly, this was one of the top 10 hotel stays we’ve ever had.

Well located, good amenities and great staff.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel on 3rd week of June 2026. The property is well located within a mixed-use community with access to multiple retail destinations with a good mix of international and curated Japanese brands. Office users activated the community.

The property is clean and well kept, with great amenities (gym, pool, onsen) and multiple restaurant outlets. We noticed a live musical act on Saturday night. We had breakfast at the hotel most mornings and ordered in-room service one evening. F&B was top notch.

Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal, attentive and courteous. In essence, this was InterContinental service with Japanese sensibility and attention to detail. We made friends with Ms. Vanessa C., and she helped us during ours stay from check-in to post check-out.

Would recommend for vacation or business in Osaka and would definitely come back on our next visit to the city.
