Best 5 star hotel one star on the hair dryer

Nice hotel in Osaka
Pros:

Our room was lovely and the hotel staff were very friendly! We had breakfast at the buffet every morning and we're always greeted with a friendly smile.
The hotel is located very close to train transportation, which is also very convenient and has a nice bar and pastry shop.

Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Stay at InterContinental Osaka

My wife and I had a wonderful three-night stay at InterContinental Osaka. The hotel’s location, facilities, and overall service were excellent, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality of Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Bakhrom Kudratillaev.

Throughout our stay, he was consistently helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to assist us with various requests and also helped us enroll in the Ambassador program, ensuring that we could enjoy its benefits during future stays.

His attention to detail and sincere desire to make guests feel welcome left a lasting impression on us. We are very grateful for his kindness and support.

Thank you to Mr. Kudratillaev and the entire team at InterContinental Osaka for making our trip so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful stay in Osaka, Japan

Absolutely beautiful hotel from how it looks inside and outside amazing!!!
The room was beautifully presented and views was wonderful… I am amazed with the finishing of the interior and I have stayed in a few intercontinental hotels but this intercontinental in Osaka was exceptional and professionally maintained.
Staff from entrance to check-in and checkout was exceptional i.e. especially the lady that checked me out took the time to walk me to the lift and got the staff to get the right size taxi to fit my luggage… again only in Osaka did I get this attention.

Feels like home away from home.

We have chosen Intercontinental Osaka because of its very convenient location in the heart of Osaka, but there are in hindsight so many more reasons to stay at this hotel. The experience of reservation, check-in and check-out is great, it is very seamless, quick and practical. All the staff in all functions were treating us with utmost respect, friendliness and professionalism, it feels like they all embrace the same values. The room was spacious and always very clean and ready upon our return from daily activities. Profound, professional, and unpretentious. We certainly will chose the Intercontinental Osaka again.

The best IC hotel that I have ever stayed

Above all, the timely response from the front desk was excellent. They valued my Diamond Elite status and provided an appropriate upgrade. The condition of the room is excellent. It is very soundproofed and pleasant. The staff service is the best I have experienced at any InterContinental hotels so far. Everyone is friendly and professional. They anticipate guests' needs in advance. I can guarantee that the food in the Club lounge is the finest Japanese cuisine. I will definitely stay again next time. The location is the center of Osaka and connects to anywhere you want.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality experienced during my stay from 15 to 21 May.
It's not the first time My family and I have stayed in the Intercontinental Osaka. For every visit offers great comfort, high efficiency and instantly feel at home.
I want to specifically highlight the exceptional service from two of your teams.
The front desk staff—especially Kudrafillau Bauhnam and Gede Shimbo were welcoming, efficient and went out of their way to ensure a seamless check-in and out.
Restaurant Noka - Sora Sato also provided professional and attentive service.

Exceptional Service, Stunning Views & The cleanest Pool I’ve Ever Experienced

My stay at the InterContinental Osaka was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, especially being on the top floor where you can enjoy breathtaking views across nearly the whole of Osaka. It truly feels luxurious the moment you arrive.

The breakfast & dinner was outstanding with a huge variety of high-quality selections, and the entire restaurant team were warm, attentive, and professional. The reception team also deserve special praise multilingual, welcoming, and always smiling genuinely while helping guests with every detail.

However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the swimming pool and spa area. I have stayed in many 5-star properties around the world, but the cleanliness of the pool here was on another level. You can genuinely feel how fresh and clean the water is. I also appreciated the Japanese attention to hygiene and detail, especially the no-shoes policy around the pool area. It was honestly the cleanest pool experience I have ever had, and I absolutely loved it.

A very special thank you as well to the housekeeping team, who were absolutely marvellous. The room was always perfectly clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful handwritten notes they left for us every day. Their attention to detail and care made the stay feel very personal and special.

I was also extremely grateful that the hotel accommodated me with a late checkout due to my very late flight back to London. Even though I paid for the extension, the team handled everything with kindness and professionalism, which I truly appreciated

Thank you to everyone who made this stay so memorable especially Kopila, Adnan, Gerard, Sunita and Ramila. I will definitely be returning.
