Good location, really nice rooms, easy check in.

The room had a modern style and great wifi. Customer Service was also great! The staff and Manager was very kind.

We didn’t stay the place had strong smell of Marijuana. Parking spaces too narrow. Places to loud. Place very duty. I asked the front desk to cancel my reservation, they told me they didn’t know how. They told me to call Expedia.

I want my reimbursement.

There was dirt in all the corners in the bathroom. The shower was leaky and got the floor wet. No towels were provided, just one washcloth. There was no turndown service.

We loved it, the only thing to complain, an extra blanket in the closet would have been nice.

The room smelled pretty bad idk what kinda cover they had or use but it made me itch ALL NIGHT

Thin walls, loud neigbors and sketchy people hanging around the area. I would not recommend this place even for a night.

They don’t let you stay your full stay. They kick you out a few hours before your exit.

Boring....no TV, old towels, toilet keeps running, no table, it's an over priced dive!

It's clean to an extent they were updating the property painting, etc. but the air filter in the bathroom was completely clogged, and there was dust and some debris on the wall in the bathroom as well as the floors don't look like they have been cleaned just swept maybe , definitely not mopped

I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on our recent experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the room was not properly maintained. There was duct tape patching holes in the walls, the bathroom sink was clogged and filled up quickly every time we tried to use it, and the only mirror in the room was a small handheld one—not exactly practical.

To make matters worse, one of our pillows had mascara stains on it, and there was a leak coming from the room next to us that started spilling into our room. We had to use our shower towels to stop the water from spreading. When we reported these issues and requested a new room, the staff told us the only option was a refund for one day of our two-night stay, but we’d have to check out entirely. Since checking out wasn’t an option, we were left feeling stuck and deeply unsatisfied with our accommodations.

While the staff made an effort to offer a partial refund, it didn’t solve the core issue: the poor condition of the room and the unacceptable state of the facilities. This experience fell far short of what I expect from a hotel stay.

The door did not work. Management (the lady at the front desk) was rude when we brought up the issue. Key card did not work throughout our entire stay, despite having it “fixed” on the first night. Room itself was ok. Water pressure in the shower was weak and only one roll of toilet paper. Parking is tight. Overall I would not recommend based on the bad customer service, plenty of other hotels in the area; so avoid this one if you can.
