Первый отель когда нас не понимают и хамят.Администратора надо менять и официант этот не место ему там

Cons:

Персонал отвратительный,но не весь,два человека это один официант в ресторане темно кожий и я как понимаю администратор девушка,не заинтересована чтобы гостю было конфортно.Администраторшу попросили вызвать директора или старшего,пришел официант это темнокожий,не компетентный в разговоре от слова совсем.В душевой плесень и грязь,для 5 звезд с такими ценами не приемлемо.

Pros:

Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami.
Ogromnym plusem jest wieczorna cisza na balkonie. Naprawdę się odpoczywa.
Naprzeciwko plaża z leżakami należącymi do hotelu i morze - raj dla dzieci ( ok 20 m wgłąb woda sięgająca dorosłym do kolan i miękki piasek). Polecam.

Cons:

Oczekiwanie na śniadanie...jednego dnia pół godziny, drugiego po 5 min wszystko było już nam podane...przy takiej samej ilości gości...

Pros:

Exceptional boutique hotel – we will definitely return

Our stay at Hotel Damianii was truly exceptional. We fell in love with the hotel’s boutique atmosphere, privacy and peaceful environment. It is a beautiful place where you can genuinely relax and enjoy your time away.

What impressed us even more was the level of service and personal care from the hotel team. After our departure, we realised that we had accidentally left several personal belongings behind. The staff immediately found everything, communicated with us throughout the process and arranged to send all of our belongings back to the Czech Republic. Their willingness to help and the way they handled the entire situation went far beyond what we would normally expect from a hotel.

This kind of personal approach is becoming increasingly rare and deserves special recognition.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt very comfortable throughout, and have nothing but praise for Hotel Damianii and its team.

Thank you for making our stay so memorable – and also for taking such great care of us even after we had already returned home.

We will be very happy to come back next year. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Vue, Plage, petits déjeuners et l'amabilité et la réactivité des personnels.

Cons:

Un mini bar peu attractif en terme de prix, et il manquait les snacks alors même qu'ils figurait sur le grille des tarifs

Prachtige kamer, tuin, zwembad en strand waar het heerlijk vertoeven is. Maar drankjes te duur en de commerciële insteek
Pros:

De prachtige, goed onderhouden, tuin en zwembad. De mooie kamer met groot balkon en de heerlijke ligbedden op het prachtige strand. De service op het strand was super goed geregeld.

Cons:

De prijzen. Vooral de drankjes waren extreem duur. Zo moest ik 25 euro betalen voor een kan limonade (water met citroensap). Je mocht geen eigen drankjes/water/ eten meenemen naar het strand. Er kwamen daardoor nog veel kosten bij op een dag.
Er werd gedurende de dag en bij lunch/diner steeds gevraagd of je nog iets wilde drinken/eten, etc., maar bij het ontbijt (wat inbegrepen was), gebeurde dit niet. Als ik ergens om vroeg (bv om een tweede kopje koffie), dan kreeg ik het wel, maar het was duidelijk dat het personeel getraind was om je zo min mogelijk te laten eten/drinken tijdens het ontbijt. Voor zo’n duur hotel, met vijf sterren, vind ik dat de service ook tijdens het ontbijt goed moet zijn.

Wat ik hierboven beschrijf, in combinatie met de prijs voor de kamers, maakt dat ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet goed vind.

Pros:

Beliggenhet var bra, men en del stykk fra Omis byen. Rolig sted. Frokost var ganske bra, men kunne vært bedre, portioner var små, noe ventetid å få mat servert. Personalet spurte ikke om gjester vil ha mer mat eller kaffe.

Cons:

Jeg likte overhodet ikke at hotellets gjester kan ikke drikke egen vann / brus eller spise mat og frukt på stranden eller ved bassenget, De villle at alt skal bestilles fra hotellet, som egentlig er ikke lov. Prisene var så høye at det var nesten stygt. Rommet var dessverre ikke i tilfredsstillende stand. Flisene på badet var sprukket flere steder, og nattbordene hadde synlige merker og skader. Dusjen førte til at vann rant ut på badegulvet, som ble helt vått etter bruk. I tillegg var vannet i den vanlige dusjen ekstremt varmt, og det var ikke mulig å regulere temperaturen med kaldt vann. Klimaanlegget lekket kontinuerlig og dryppet ned på nattbordet.
