السعر مناسب جداً للموقع اولاً ومحايد مقابل الخدمة بشكل عام ثانياً

الفندق هادئ ونظيف وجميل والموظفين متعاونين وتعاملهم ممتاز

Cons:

هناك كسر في مسكة باب الحمام تعيق الدخول وتحتاج تغيير وايضاً صعوبة في فتح ماء المرحاض بسبب كسر في البلاط
المصعد صغير ولايوجد به تكييف
لايوجد افطار

The hotel is 4 stars but it acts like 3 stars according to their services ( i asked for tooth brush as a complimentary set ) they said they don’t have and the AC has an annoying sound bothered me a-lot ! However i can find better hotel with 3 stars with better price and much much better service!

В общем, все хорошо и удобно.
Pros:

Гостиница в хорошем районе, рядом со станцией метро Осман бей. В отеле чистота и прохлада. Замечательный приветливый и заботливый персонал. Особенно хочу выделить милую Нигяр, с которой очень комфортно общаться.

Cons:

Улочка, на которой располагается отель, не совсем чистая, но это, по большому свету, не так важно, она не для прогулок.

工作人員服務態度很友善，有簡單早餐自助吧，在巷子內晚上睡覺完全不會被車吵醒

Good clean modern rooms
Pros:

Staff very friendly, modern clean room and close to everything without being in a tourist center. The quality of the room is what you would expect from a modern hotel. I did not try the breakfast.

Cons:

Our toilet flush had an issue - seems from other comments this has been long running and if you book the room we stayed in you might experience it too. Staff helped one night to make it stop temporarily but it was a pain to deal with.
