Everything, location is great, staff is always friendly. This is my third stay in this place. Love it.

Зручне розташування, зовсім поряд вулиця Істікляль, та галацька вежа, але в цьому районі багато спусків та підйомів крутих.
ми були з дитиною, зручно що в номері є міні кухня,нам принесли кроватку та є ліфт.
Поряд є парковка, правда нам в 3дні вийшло 250долларів(

We were traveling with our one year old and the property had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The location was very convenient. The rooms were maintained well as described in the listing

It was very clean, the staff was so kind and helpful, they explained us the whole city sights when we arrived

We've stayed in Louis Apartment three times already, and I can say for sure it's a gem of a place where every detail is perfect❤️

The apartments are nestled in the heart of Beyoglu area, from where a great deal of Istanbul sights can be accessed on foot, or conveniently by public transport (the subway station is 5 minutes away, and within 10 minute walk you have a ferry terminal, as well as trams and buses to everywhere). Despite the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, you feel most relaxed and at peace the moment you step inside: the soundproof is great, and whenever you want, you can close the window and cool the room with AC.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you might need even for a longer stay (the room we usually book features a kitchenette where you can easily cook a simple meal). The bedding is always crispy, and even the bedspread smells of conditioner, like it has been freshly washed for your stay❤️

There are also numerous restaurants opening early in the morning and serving plentiful breakfasts at good prices within a 5-minute walk.

We liked everything about the property. All staff were fabulous and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul by walking or public transport.

Rooms are about as quiet as you can get in a big city like Istanbul. Thought we would miss not having breakfast in the hotel but it turned out to be a positive. We ended up having brunch most days at one of the many cafes nearby. You could also self cater as the room we had was well equipped.

Staff could not do enough for us and were very helpful with tour advice.

We loved our 6 night stay here.

Wonderful, comfortable space

Extremely clean nice comfortable bed with helpful kind staff! Great location! Great room!

Staff were so welcoming and accommodating by offering whatsapp number to help out or answer questions while out and about. English was very good and rooms actually had real soap, wash cloths and soft and thick large towels. Hotel even has an elevator which is rare for a boutique hotel.

Location cannot be beat and no pool needed as ameneties like a pool or fitness room would really not be used or needed.

The staff was very proactive and offered to help me with anything I needed before arrival. Check-in was smooth. The rooms are very tidy and well cared for. I really liked the location. Noise was not an issue at all.

Caring, understanding and cheerful staff. Good suggestions and advice on where to go and types of food to experience.

Every day hong was perfect and in such great condition and so clean. I love the view the bed, the bathroom and the place smelled so nice. There was a parking garage or a car park next door and it was so convenient to park there the entire day and then walk around. I everyone was so nice too. Would love to stay there longer next time.

Great location and amazing service

Loved everything about the Louis Apartments. The location was perfect. The room (tower suite) was high quality, spacious and had a magnificent view from the balcony. We were very happy with every aspect of this apartment. We’d stay again. The staff were exceptional and provided us with useful information about how to get around using public transport and organised restaurant bookings. Perfect!!
