Pros:

Check in und Check out war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Lage ist phantastisch. Mängel wurden direkt behoben. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. . Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen wenn man nur übernachten möchte.

Cons:

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Empfehlenswert, wenn man es warm mag
Pros:

Um fair zu bleiben:
Das Zimmer war sauber und von der Inneneinrichtung durchaus geräumig und gut. Die Kommunikation unkompliziert, verständlich und der Bezug war pünktlich möglich.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß, dass durch den Sommertag unerträglich aufgeheizt war. Die Außenjalousien waren defekt und der Stoff hing in Fetzen. Es wurde zwar ein mobiles Klimagerät bereitgestellt, welches aber die Raumtemperatur nicht wirklich ausgleichen konnte. Die Dachschrägefenster lassen sich nicht komplett öffnen und somit hat es auch in der Nacht lange gedauert, bis eine angenehme Schlaftemperatur erreicht war.
Wegen der offenen Fenster war die Nachtruhe um sieben Uhr baustellenbedingt zu Ende.

Für eine Nacht, mit Liebe zum Ranz, ist das Zimmer ok.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und es gibt eine Tiefgarage. Das Bett war ok, ich habe gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Das Bad war improvisiert, die Silikonfugen waren verschimmelt. Es gab Plastebecher von der Kirmes als Zahnputzbecher. Eine Kapelle ist direkt daneben, das Glockenspiel ist bei offenen Fenster sehr laut, bei geschlossenen Fenster nicht zu hören.

preiswertes Hotel in einer top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Man befindet sich nur 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Wedding entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber sauber und sehr bequem. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm und dank der Ruhe kann man sehr gut schlafen.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage besitzt leider nur sehr wenige Stellplätze für das Hotel. Getreu dem Motto "First come, first served" hat man Glück oder Pech. Wir hatten Ersteres. Die kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte im Bad, außer der Seifenspender in der Dusche, gab es leider nicht.

Einfach, klein, aber gut.
Pros:

Kleines Zimmer aber alles sauber und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sogar eine Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, was in Berlin "Gold"-wert ist.

Für das was ich im Hotel war war es zu teuer. Personal war freundlich

Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Das Bett war super bequem

Cons:

Kopfbrause in der Dusche defekt , Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert, Bett wurde nicht gemacht
