Cons:

Es wurden keine Betten gemacht bzw.nur einmal und dann auch nur halb. Das Bad wurde nicht gereinigt und ich hätte gerne Haare entfernt, aber es gab keine Möglichkeit dazu. Kein Besen, Lappen etc. Die Klobürste war dreckig...ziemlich eklig. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat nur reagiert, wenn man ihn angesprochen hatte. Alles sehr anonym und völlig unpersönlich.

Alles Wichtige beisammen bei super freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit, hat für meinen Mann mehrfach den Aufenthalt verlängert, von Ein- in Mehrbettzimmer umgewandelt und ohne Schwierigkeiten eine Verlängerung kostenlos storniert. Die Lage war für uns optimal mit Nähe zur Charité (fußläufig).

Die Betten wirkten erstmal relativ sauber.

Meiner Erfahrung nach sind die Hotels, welche keine besetzte Rezeption haben, diese, wo man sie eigentlich am dringendsten benötigen würde.

Ich habe vor der Anreise keine Informationen erhalten über das Prozedere bezüglich des Check-ins. Auf der angegebenen Telefonnummer habe ich dann aber sofort jemanden erreicht. Das Zimmer war ziemlich dreckig, auf dem Boden war ein halber Zentimeter Staub und ganze Büschel von schwarzen Haaren. Die Fenster waren so dreckig, dass man kaum durchschauen konnte und man konnte sie nachts eigentlich kaum offen halten, weil die Straße so laut ist, was bei 38 Grad und nicht vorhandener Klimaanlage natürlich ungünstig ist. Der Fernseher ging nur bedingt und auch der Rolladen erforderte akrobatische Fähigkeiten, um ihn schließen zu können.
Auf dem Bettlaken entdeckte ich später noch Bluttropfen. (Keine frischen, aber wieso verwendet man dieses dann weiter?)
Die Zahnputzbecher wurden beim Reinigen eingesammelt und nicht ersetzt.

Frisch renoviertes Bad mit großer Regendusche
Gute Lage des Hotels

Cons:

Keine Handtücher bei der Anreise auf dem Zimmer, Kommunikation deswegen schwierig weil Rezeption nicht besetzt
Fernbedienung Fernseher ohne Funktion, vermutlich Batterien leer

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Haltestelle der U-Bahn. Ein Späti befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Der Eingangsbereich sieht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und unsicher aus, aber die Zimmer sind toll.

Cons:

Typische Berlin-Gegend, in der man sich ggf. etwas unwohl fühlen kann, wenn man als Frau abends alleine unterwegs ist.
