Cons:

Sauberkeit-im Bad Haare vorhanden, Duschtür war größer als die Dusche, daher schloss sie nicht und das Wasser flutete das Bad, im Wohnbereich -Schrank- war der Abfall vom vorherigen Gast

Einfach und preiswert

Cons:

Das Personal sprudelte nicht gerade vor Freundlichkeit über,aber mein Gruß wurde immerhin erwidert.
Das Frühstück für 15€ war mittelmäßig.
Nachdem ich am 1. Tag mein Zimmer nicht säubern ließ, wurde es auch die nächsten Tage nicht gemacht.

Pros:

Für den Preis ein echt gutes Zimmer in guter Lage! Das Zimmer war echt groß und hatte eine Terrasse, die man sich mit anderen geteilt hat. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr freundlich. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Lounge, die alle nutzen können.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer gab es leider keine Seife und auch kein Duschgel. Die Zimmertür hatte draußen eine Klinke und keinen Knauf. Es ist zwar Meckern auf hohem Niveau aber für das Gefühl der Sicherheit ein bisschen nervig.

Preis Leistung stimmen nicht überein

Das es immer einen Ansprechpartner gibt, den man 24 Std erreicht. Wenn die Anreise später als gedacht erfolgt, ist ein Schlüssel im Briefkasten hinterlegt und man bekommt alle Daten um da Ran zu kommen. Kostenloses WLAN

Unser Zimmer, war ein anderes als das was ich gebucht habe. Es gab ein paar gravierende Schäden. Im Bad lief das Wasser aus Toilette und Dusche raus, fiesen waren kaputt oder fehlten gänzlich. Im Zimmer direkt waren die Fußleisten beschädigt. Das Waschbecken war bei Ankunft schon schmutzig (gelber Rand und Flecken). Die Fenster kann man auch nicht richtig offen, da die Gardinenstange direkt davor ist. An einer Wand hingen sogar Popel.

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen und in der Nacht konnte das Fenster geöffnet bleiben. Kein Straßenlärm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nur mit Schlüssel, nicht mit Karte, zu öffnen. Die Zimmertüren sind mit Drückergarnitur, innen als auch außen, ausgestattet. Wenn also einer das Zimmer verlassen hat, war ein verschließen für den anderen von innen nicht möglich, weil wir auch nur einen Schlüssel erhalten haben.
Der Geruch im Zimmer war sehr unangenehm. Die Abflüsse aus dem Badezimmer waren nicht durchgespült. Im Bett waren Haare. Das war schon sehr unangenehm. Leider war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, da die Rezeption um 15 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt war. Den Schlüssel haben wir aus der Schlüsselbox.
Zum Frühstück gab es leider kein glutenfreies Brot. Meine Anfrage im Vorfeld per Mail blieb unbeantwortet, daher bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es standardmäßig angeboten wird.
Für diese eine Nacht war es okay. Aber man darf als Vielreisender nicht viel erwarten, was mitunter schon Standard ist.
