Очень все грязно, начиная от ванной до телевизора, даже стены были грязные . Заказали завтрак в номер , поднос был ужасно грязным . Подушки и постель были порванные

Last week I checked in 2 rooms with my small kids / elderly mom & vacated within 5 hrs after check-in since hot water / shower was not working in both the rooms even after complaining immediately after check-in & the bathrooms are unsavoury which spoiled my entire trip and caused lot of mental agony to my entire family. After my worst experience I went through all the reviews posted by other customers since last 3 or 4 years, almost all the below mentioned issues I too faced which is grieved by most of the customers in the past 3 years….

· Hot water is not coming & Shower is not working & Bathrooms are unsavoury.
· Room is noisy & there is no sound proof & could hear everything outside.
· Balcony is not usable since AC outdoor is placed.
· Photos shown in booking websites are not matching with the real since it is morphed.
· Forcing the customer to change the room in case of any issues in the provided room.
· Receptionist doesn’t understand / speak English.
· Hotel locality is not upto the mark & Taj view is not there since this hotel is far away from Taj Mahal.
· Overall this hotel requires renovation & sure it doesn’t fit for star category as the facilities provided is not worth for the amount charged.

For all the concerns raised by the customers, their CR very cleverly apologies with honey coated words & smartly giving a false commitment that all the concerns will be addressed in future. Knowing all these facts thru the past customer reviews, I felt I have been purposely cheated by the hotel. Hence I claimed for refund my amount back because I vacated both the rooms in less than 5 hrs as we couldn’t use the bathrooms at all since the temperature outside is in minus and hot water not coming.

But the saddest part is so far nobody even responded or apologized for the serious concern raised by a genuine customer. So am strongly recommending not to waste your time & money booking room in this hotel.

Pros:

Amazing stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout. The hotel’s location is a big advantage—very close to Agra Fort. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.
