Top Lage, super Preis, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel ist überragend, zentral und trotzdem war es ruhig. Nur wenige Meter zum Dom und Bahnhof und auch die Innenstadt, das Rheinufer usw. sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. U-Bahn Station ist nicht weit weg.
Für zwei Nächte für einen Städtetrip ist das a und o absolut ausreichend.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Im Zimmer war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Preis-Leistung ist für die Lage top.

Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir es nicht gebucht haben. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Bäckereien und ähnliches.

Wenn wir das nächste Mal wieder in Köln sind, buchen wir sicherlich nochmal das a und o.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas beengt aber zum Übernachten hat es gereicht.
Die Dusche hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich aber zum schnell Abduschen war es okay. Ist ja kein Wellness-Hotel.

Sehr gute Lage am Hauptbahnhof, für einen Kurzaufenthalt wunderbar

Cons:

Online Checkin oder am Automaten ist praktisch, ich habe mich aber trotzdem gefreut, eine freundliche Dame an der Rezeption zu treffen. Danke dafür.

Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und sehr warm. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen in dem Zimmer ohne das man ein blauen Fleck bekam.

Alles war schrecklich, Personal versteht kein Deutsch. Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet. Keine Badetücher, keine Kopfkissen Bezug, Bettlaken war Schmutz mit Blut und überall viel Haare, jemand geschlafen und Bettlaken nicht umgetauscht, Wir gingen sechsmal zur Rezeption und baten um frische Bettwäsche. Erst nachdem wir das Personal unhöflich behandelt hatten, erhielten wir saubere Bettwäsche. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und staubig, und die Vorhänge waren mit einer Art Erbrochenem-ähnlichen Spritzern bedeckt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war verschimmelt und kaputt. Die Betten waren unbequem.
