Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! The Okinawa-style room was very cool.

Cons:

There were blood stains on the mattress. The elevators were so busy that we couldn’t get on with our luggage and had to take the stairs.

最高のロケーションと最高の景色！
Pros:

海まで距離が近くてすぐに観光に行ける
中心地から少し離れていて落ち着きがあっていい
必要なものがあればすぐに車で買いに行ける距離でいい

Cons:

あまりないのですが大浴場からあがった後に館内のパジャマでないもので移動しないといけないので部屋着などを持っていくといいと思いました

no change in breakfast menu for my entire 4 day stay. executive suite unfortunately has a musty smell that didnt go away throughout my stay. Aircon not cold enough

お風呂の掃除が少ない事以外は最高でした。
Pros:

ガーデンプールのロケーションが最高でした。スライダーや温水プール、ホットエリアまで寒くても遊べて有難いです。卓球施設も良かったです。サップやカヌー30分サービスも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

女風呂の脱衣所が毛だらけで気持ち悪かったです。

Great quality full-service hotel in Okinawa, value for money.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa Resort. Large car park so no trouble finding a space (could be hard in the peak season though). We arrived just before the designated check in time of 3PM, but no issues proceeding with check in. Check in is "manual" as in you have to line up at the front desk (no self check in kiosks that I could see), so a bit of a wait, but otherwise check in was easy and staff were pleasant.

Our room was very spacious, which I always find to be a nice luxury when travelling in Japan. We also had a nice view of the coast and cape. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and modern (just a shower). Plenty of space to put luggage.

Quite a few souvenir type shops within the hotel itself so you can get bits and pieces (we bought ice cream for dessert).

There is a large Japanese style bath, my wife said it was good but I didn't get to check it out as our boy chickened out at the last minute (it did seem quite busy as a big travel group had just checked in).

There is a great pool area but as we were staying in winter (mid to late January), we didn't get to make full use of it. Very cool looking water slides but since it was windy and rainy we didn't end up trying these. As our boy loves the water, we went with the lazy river, which was "heated" but only to a very luke-warm degree... so beware to anyone swimming in winter! Sadly the big main pool is not heated so missed out. There is also an adults only (18+) pool area which I understand is heated but we didn't go in there.

We didn't book with out package, but decided to go with the buffet breakfast the next morning. Quite busy even in the middle of winter but plenty of seating (might be a fight for a table in peak season). Lots of breakfast options, with a lot of local fare.

Price-wise, I believe this was a reasonable option that is value for money.

Would definitely stay again when travelling to Okinawa.

Cons:

No real faults with our stay. Staff on pool patrol duty seemed a bit depressed but I guess that happens when you have to be outside in the wind and rain. We didn't feel like eating at the hotel restaurant, but there were no real room service options except pizza. We ended up going downstairs to the pizza bar/restaurant to eat which was fine, food was good but limited choices. Just something to be aware of if you are arriving after a long day travelling and don't feel like going out.

プールとビーチを楽しめました！
Pros:

併設プールと歩いて5分のビーチが利用できたり、お酒も飲み放題でお得感がありました。ビーチアクティビティやプールのスライダーが思っていたより良かったです！朝食のポキと沖縄そばが美味しかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターがなかなか来ず、階段を頻繁に利用しました。朝食は開始前に並ばないと待ち時間がすごいです。ビーチが見えない部屋を取りましたが、目の前が建物の屋根になっていて、そこに洗濯物がずっと落ちていました。

客の割合に対して、ホテルの設備品が少なすぎる（大浴場のドライヤーの数やプールエリアのパラソル、椅子）
Pros:

スタッフの接客が丁寧だった。
ビーチアクティビティが充実してる

Cons:

プールエリアのパラソルと椅子の量が客の割合に対して少なすぎる。もっと増やして欲しい。
また女性大浴場のドライヤーの数も少なすぎる。
今回利用したが、ドライヤーでかなり待ちました。
