一進飯店就被台灣藉的員工熱情接待，備感溫暖，飯店設施很多，房間非常大很舒適，停車場位子也很多，但因為是老飯店翻新的，所以電梯數量感覺不太夠，尖峰時段上下樓要等很久。
沒有小孩想要享受度假的不建議來這，這邊太多小孩了，半夜一兩點還聽得到四面八方的小孩發瘋的聲音，但有小孩的家庭來應該很開心，然後飯店枕頭太硬了，睡的很不舒服。
大門入口處旁邊就是吸菸區，進出大門都會聞到很濃二手菸味，感受很差！
滑水道工作人員很親切

這飯店原本就要靠飯店設施,但下大雨天你又泳池不開放,海邊不開放,泳池也只到18點

Ovien äänieristys oli heikko ja käytävältä kuului kaikki pienetkin äänet huoneeseen.
Breakfast selection was good
The location (you need a car) and I thought the hotel needed a revamp. Breakfast also seemed a little chaotic the staff did their best.

上の階が23時過ぎまで子供の足音が酷く、従業員に伝えても改善されず。
また、敷地内で盗難にあったが、フロントからは「プールのことはプールの係に聞いてください」と他人事。明らかに人員不足。
従業員の人員不足によって、サービスレベルが著しく低い。意識も実業務も。
また、朝食のブッフェの質も低い。目玉料理といえば、カリカリベーコンくらい。

飯店步行到海灘約5分鐘，提供免費的玩沙工具與浴巾。
適合親子同遊。大廳提供行李推車好方便。
日式房間老舊，牆面、浴室看起來陳舊，相較於關閉的西式房落差很大，不建議訂日式房。
Everything was great - the room was spacious and comfortable, the selection of food at the restaurant was very big and the outdoor pool and swimming are was also good with many facilities for everyone to use.
Beautiful location, resort has everything. Dinner and breakfast buffet was divine, and the lounge area was also super great. The room is spacious and modern with beautiful views and everything presented so well.
Obviously this is the kind of accomodation to stay with young children due to the huge slide and kiddy pools etc, so as a couple who were travelling just us with no children, the children running and screaming through the hallways at night time wasn’t ideal, however this is in no way a default to the resort itself. The walls and doors are obviously not soundproof and some larger families I assume had a few of the rooms surrounding ours so it was just bad luck.
Lovely pool area and great access to the beach. Even though the days we were there were impacted by the typhoon and then a tsunami warning that closed down access to the beach.
Dinner was going to be $90 per adult which I think is a bit extravagant. The resort is quite isolated so I guess they hold the monopoly in terms of easy to access restaurant. Our hallway on the third floor reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there’s supposed to be no smoking in the building. It was very crowded and seems popular with Chinese tourists who would come in to reception from the pool area dripping wet and cause the floor to become slippery. I saw 2 young girls slip over in other people’s wet mess and hurt themselves near the lounge area. A lot of the hotel seems un used and large sections are cornered off. There are lots of creepy empty meeting rooms that I think they could probably better use being re purposed as maybe an arcade or more facilities for kids and families, a theatre room would be cool.l and handy for when weather is not favourable during your stay.
The double rooms at Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for us.
The entire resort feels overrun with children running and screaming at all hours, and there are crowds of inconsiderate guests everywhere. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, this is definitely not the place.
Noise was a constant issue during our stay. There was continual banging and thumping from surrounding rooms, particularly from around 6:00 pm through until 11:00 pm most nights. To make matters worse, the public microwave area was in frequent use from early morning until around midnight, with the constant beeping carrying through nearby areas and could be heard from our rooms, adding to the overall disturbance.
Even enjoying the balcony was frustrating. Whenever the balcony door was opened, the room filled with a loud whistling noise caused by the backdraft through the ventilation system. The noise was so irritating that we were forced to keep the door closed, defeating much of the purpose of having a balcony room in the first place.
But one of the biggest disappointments was that the pools close at 6:00 pm, even during summer. Okinawa's warm evenings are perfect for a late swim, yet this isn't possible. It seems like a missed opportunity for guests wanting to enjoy the beautiful weather after sunset.
The restaurant is also ridiculously expensive for the quality of food on offer. We expected much better given the prices being charged.
And the resort is very remote, so hiring a car is almost essential. There isn't even a convenience store within easy walking distance, which makes the location quite inconvenient if you don't want to be tied to the resort.
Another issue is the lack of guest facilities relative to the size of the resort. There are only eight washing machines and dryers available for more than 465 guest rooms, resulting in constant demand and difficulty accessing laundry facilities.
