Place is small, but we knew it before. Probably the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Anyway, everything what you need was there for you.

My husband arrived at Dada Hotel Insadong shortly before midnight after meeting friends in Seoul. Because he does not read Korean, I assisted him with the self-check-in process through a video call from the moment he arrived. As soon as he entered the room using the access code, a loud alarm was already sounding continuously. While remaining on the video call, I helped him troubleshoot the issue by checking the room, re-entering the room several times, and using the mobile access system, but nothing stopped the alarm.

Between approximately 12:27 AM and 12:57 AM, we repeatedly called the contact numbers provided by the hotel and also sent messages through Booking.com. The calls were unsuccessful because the phones were turned off, and we received no response. The alarm continued for nearly an hour, causing significant stress and anxiety, while no hotel staff, security personnel, or monitoring service responded. Eventually, after all other attempts had failed, my husband removed the wall-mounted keypad, and the alarm finally stopped.

The following morning, my husband checked out without any discussion regarding the incident. Later, the same phone number that had been unreachable throughout the night contacted us regarding damage to the keypad. I immediately apologized and agreed to compensate the hotel. However, rather than acknowledging the circumstances or the lack of assistance, the hotel's response focused solely on blaming my husband and suggesting that he had activated the alarm by leaning on the doorbell button while intoxicated. I was on a video call with him from the moment he arrived, and the alarm was already sounding when he entered the room. We accepted responsibility for the damage and paid the requested compensation, but we do not believe the hotel bears no responsibility for the events that led to the situation.

Das Zimmer war wirklich mega klein. Zu zweit könnte es sehr eng werden und die Dusche/Badezimmer war einfach eine kleine Nasskammer mit Klo und Duschkopf und Waschbecken.

room size was a bit difficult to move around

Kann nichts wirklich aussetzen. Für die Gegend ein völlig guter Preis. Hatte jedoch reduziert gebucht. Originalpreis wäre definitiv zu teuer gewesen und es würde eine schlechte Rezession geben, da dann das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr stimmt.

If you come from a location where you use soft wash cloths, not just this hotel but Korea won’t have them. You need to bring your own. No breakfast but there are lots of places to eat within a short walking distance.

The twin room was quite small with no storage.

Could hear sound from neighboring rooms and the street quite loudly.

Very small rooms, difficult to place even your suitcases. Bathroom is also super small. Not the best choice for families. Only for backpackers.

Chambre et salle de bain étaient très petites.
Absence d'espace de rangement et compliqué d'ouvrir la valise dans la chambre.
Dans la salle de bain la douche se trouve au dessus du lavabo. Ce n'était pas pratique ni confortable
