Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff.
Beautiful choice for breakfast.
The receptionist spoke very good English and was helpful to organise sight seeing.

Cons:

The noise from the karaoke bars and discos around the hotel until 2 am. What's worse is the badly shutting door on the balcony.
The hotel is in a great location but all the bars and rooftop bars and discos do NOT respect any residents or tourists and the Hué town politicians should address this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Moonlight Hotel Hue
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Moonlight Hotel Hue and were genuinely impressed by the quality, comfort, and hospitality throughout our visit.

This beautiful luxury hotel is located right in the heart of one of Hue’s most vibrant walking streets, making it an excellent location for exploring the city. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment options just a short walk from the hotel.

The rooms were outstanding — spacious, beautifully presented, and felt like a true 5-star experience. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Hue.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and plenty of choices to suit different tastes.

The staff deserve a special mention as well. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, polite, and very professional. They were always willing to assist and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

Overall, Moonlight Hotel Hue provided us with a wonderful and memorable experience. The location, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and exceptional staff made our stay very enjoyable.

Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a quality luxury stay in the heart of Hue! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇻🇳

Pros:

We enjoyed the lovely view of the Perfume river from our room. The pool was great for refreshing after big days out in the heat. Breakfast is very good. Easy bike hire was appreciated. We liked the close proximity to good bars and restaurants with really good vibes. The night life is fun to watch and share. The girls at front desk are amazing.

Cons:

Because of the vibrant night life it is a bit noisy getting to sleep but ear plugs fix that problem.

Nice hotel. Bad pool.
Pros:

Very nice location.

Cons:

The small, deep, enclosed pool was very basic, and you could not get drinks there. The pool side had spikey floor for non-slip but it was so painful it meant you could not sit or walk poolside. You were in the deep, cold pool or out of it and sitting away from the water. Very strange.
