Pros:

Pas grand chose !!!
Après un changement de chambre pour cause de fuite au plafond, la seconde a le même problème, plus odeur d’humidité, moucherons d’humidité dans la pièce, serviettes de piscine déchirés et mange aux mites.
Seul l’emplacement et la piscine semblent être la raison du nombre d’étoile.

Moderno hotel a unas cuadras del centro, ideal para descansar y estar cerca de todo. Laura una genia total !!

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay, the hotel is very clean. We particularly enjoyed the balcony over looking the garden and the birds. The restaurant was also very pleasant in a garden setting. Breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee in the room so we could make a drink.

Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were manicured and lots of beautiful birds I'm unfamiliar with. Breakfast was good. It's a short walk to the center and we felt safe at all times. The folks at reception were very welcoming.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't enjoy.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room was spotless. The shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Freddy was especially accommodating—he went out of his way to help us book a couple of tours and even prepared a boxed lunch for our departure. Breakfast was excellent, and the pancakes were absolutely amazing.

Una linda estancia en Eco Arenal
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de todo en La Fortuna, está rodeado de naturaleza, el desayuno es muy bueno y el persona muy amable y todo muy limpio !

the Arenal area is a great place to visit and this hotel makes for a great retreat
Pros:

good location just outside of town, I was driving a rental car, so the location worked for me. Family friendly environment, good breakfast. nice large clean room with private bath and shower and the outside grounds are very nature oriented and peaceful.
I would definitely stay here again

Buen hotel ecológico con buena vibra
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy buenas. El staff súper simpático. Tiene un muy buen restaurante enfrente del hotel. Espacio para parking. Animales dentro de las instalaciones.

Cons:

Un poco lejos del centro para caminar. Especialmente como parte de la carretera no tiene una acera para caminar.
