Pros:

1. Lage war direkt am See mit kleinem separetem "Strand".
2. Personal war sehr hilfreich und nett.
3. Kaffemaschine war im Zimmer vorhanden.
4. Frühstück war nach Preis-Verhältnis okay. (20 CHF pro P. ,es war aber nicht vielfältig)

Cons:

1. Klimagerät ist katastrophal. Es ist portativ und sehr laut. Schlafqualität war halt ausgeprägt schlecht. Prefilter vom Klimagerät war mit Staub vertopft und selbt gereinigt. (Trotzdem nicht geholfen). Wenn in Sommer mit Hitze wäre, es kann richtig sehr entscheidend werden.
2. Ausstattung ist richtig alt , wahrscheinlich seit mehr >10 Jahren keine Renovierung. Zimmer war klein.
3. Welnessbereich war wieder nicht nutzbar. Aufgrund irgendwelche "technische Störung ". Aus alten Kommentaren kann man rausfinden es damals auch öfter der Fall gewesen.
4. Pool ist zu klein und auch nicht sauber. Zwar abends läuft rein ein Roboter, aber anscheinend schafft nicht.
5. Bettwäsche waren einfach nicht bequem. Leider solche Problemen tritt man in Schweiz öfter auf, da die wahrscheinlich an andere Bettwäsche gewöhnt sind.

Nostalgisch schöne Unterkunft direkt am See
Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung der tollen Suite, Sauberkeit super. Restaurant ebenfalls sehr gut und flexibel. Preis/Leistung i.O. Der Pool und der schöne Garten, herrlich. Der direkte Einstieg in den See vom Garten ein Plus!

Cons:

Etwas Wasser, Früchte oder ein Bettmümpfeli im Zimmer wäre nett zur Begrüssung

Pros:

Top Lage und Ausblick.

Cons:

Sehr lieblos betreut, Zimmer war unsauber, überall Haare, an den Gläsern noch Lippenstift etc. Zudem ist die Rezeption schlecht informiert, sie wissen nicht, ob das Restaurant am Abend geöffnet ist.

Pros:

מיקום מצויין, נוף מרהיב, חדר נוח ואפילו סופק מזגן נייד שהיה נחוץ וחיוני עקב החום רוב זמן שהותנו.

Cons:

הבריכה היתה מלוכלכת וכנראה לא מוכלרת מספיק.
היה חסר צל (שמשיות) וכסאות נוחים ליד הבריכה

A pleasant stay overall despite a few issues that affected the experience.
Pros:

I loved the location and the easy access to the lake. The rooms were spacious and well furnished.

Cons:

The steam sauna was not working, and the walls in our room were vibrating slightly throughout the night.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

We were surprisingly upgraded!! Thank you very much! We had a great view from our suite, really spacious room with a Bath Room with a Whirlpool, Great Services and Gourmet Restaurant on the site just at the Board on the lake! We will be back soon!!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, albergo accogliente, camere molto pulite.

Cons:

Temperatura alta nelle camere, unico dista di raffreddamento un ventilatore che non era stato pulito, quindi pieno di polvere.

Pros:

Room is large and has a nice view. Shower is good and bed is very comfy.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old fashioned, the pool is outdated. Room and bathroom are refurbished but still traces are visible of the old situation.

Lage top, leider nicht mehr.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön und absolut das Highlight. Die Freundlichekeit an der Reception war auch gut.

Cons:

Es war viel zu warm in den Zimmern. Die mobile Klimaanlage ware vor meiner Anreise leider nicht eingeschaltet. Deshalb musste ich sie gesamte Nacht laufen lassen. Das war natürlich nicht sehr ideal. Leider lies der Poolservice zu wünschen übrig. Und die gesamte Hotelanlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Liebe zum Detail fehlt . Und das Frühstück war leider auch nicht 4* wert.
