Pros:

Very nice, friendly staff that upgraded us to a suite room.
Massive room with renovated bathroom overlooking the lake.

Cons:

As many other reviews have mentioned, I regret to say that despite the friendliness of the staff and the huge room overlooking the lake, it was extremely warm inside the room.
There wasn't even a heatwave, but the room was easily 7 or 8 degrees warmer than outside.
It was unbearably hot which made me wake up several times because of the temperature.
The AC was too loud and not very efficient in cooling down the room.

Massive disappointment for an otherwise great stay.
I think it's meant to be more of a winter hotel given how much heat the rooms retain.

Bonne localisation, rapport qualité prix décevant
Pros:

Magnifique localisation, beau petit jardin avec piscine sur le lac. Le restaurant est top, cuisine italienne fine.

Cons:

Chambre sombre, mis à part la salle de bain qui a été refaite, les murs sont défraîchis, literie ok mais oreiller de mauvaise qualité

Die Lage und die Außenanlagen sind super

Ich habe noch nie so schlecht gefrühstückt
Sehr lieblos
Es gab Privatveranstaltungen und man durfte das Schwimmbad nicht benutzen

Pros:

La vue imprenable sur le lac et la salle de bain rénovée !

Cons:

Le négligé des extérieurs, le jardin et les parasols (publicitaires) sont abandonnés. La mise en place du petit déjeuner est trop tardive. Assurément, il manque un chef d'orchestre !

Cons:

Breakfast was very hit and miss. Hot food was not hot. Scrambled egg had grey bits in. Bacon ran out. Had to wait for croissants on occasion. No cups one morning. Rather grumpy waiter. Table cloths not always clean. Had to ask for visitor pass which gave various discounts after we were told about it in the tourist information.

die Bettwäsche war nicht frisch und auch nach einem Wechsel blieb ein säuerlicher Geruch, der es uns schwer gemacht hat uns im Bett wohl zu fühlen

Het uitzicht was fenomenaal.

Vergane glorie, niet proper,we mochten niet aan het water ontbijten,ontbijt was op door een groep gasten vooraf.wij gingen om 8.30 ontbijten bij de start van het ontbijt geen tafels ingedekt, Niet bijgevuld en dat alles voor een hoge prijs.

Chambres premier prix sous les toits à éviter
Pros:

Un hôtel au charme désuet avec un style 1900. L'accés direct au lac et la piscine sont trés appréciables.

Cons:

Lit à ressort vraiment pas terrible et pénible en couple. Notre chambre était petite avec une toute petite fenêtre. Située sous les toits, elle était surchauffée : à éviter absoluement en cas de canicule. Heureusement, il y avait un ventilateur et on a quand même pu dormir un peu.
Enfin, le déjeuné n'était pas compris, ce qui fait que le rapport qualité prix n'est au final pas trés bon.

Schönes Hotel in Toplage am See mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Nettes Hotel in Toplage direkt am See. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Kleiner Pool mit Aussicht auf den See und Steg, wo man direkt in den See rein springen kann. Das Hotel ist nahe dem Zentrum des Dorfes und dem Schiffsanleger, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Man kann alles zu Fuß bequem erreichen.
Wir hatten ein Upgrade von einem Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick auf eine extrem große Suite und großer Terrasse, beides mit Seeblick.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, insbesondere unter dem Bett, ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sonst war aber alles sauber.
Extrem schlechtes Frühstück, was den Namen nicht verdient. Billige, ungekühlte Säfte, kein frisches Obst, lange liegende Wurst, die schon grau war, grauer Rest von Rührei. Das um 8.30. Umfang und Qualität für ein 4 Sterne Haus nicht würdig.

Die ganze 4. Etage wirkte heruntergekommen.

Die Badezimmertür liess sich nicht schliessen und ging immer von selber auf.
Die Dusche- Sturzgefahr da spiegelglatt.
Keine Aircondition

Im dazugehörigen Restaurant sehr unfreundliche Bedienung die hinter dem Rücken der Gäste derbe italienische Verwünschungen ausgesprochen hat.
Das selbe nochmal beim Frühstück.
