The apartnent was clean, and large for a family not as a solo traveller. The complex was residential local familys lived there and in the morning noice and children crying disturbed me.The apartment had 3pin sockets and 2 pin plug appliances so could use the kettle or television.The dustance to the beaches is 9km and without a car too far to walk,the mix up is the hotel with similar name on the beach. The reception no-one was there at first, The shop inadequate with no food really.again no-one serving.I had already packed and booked another hotel so i ordered a taxi with the reception guy ,when the taxi turned up it was his friend with a small dog in the fount seat so i obliged anxious to get to the other hoel and acceped it turned out ok and i was relieved to arrive at the Avlida i had rebooked.

Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which

After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite.

It was not to busy.

I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away.

I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :)

Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :)

The apartment was fine for a day, the resort is nowhere near the sea, also there are very few staff (we only saw the barman, who was very helpful). The general air if the resort is a bit neglected needs proper management really.

Lovely pool area, apartment in poor condition. Shower curtain was hanging off so the bathroom would half flood everytime we showered, the breakfast was very poor, and not a buffet as advertised, they did offer a cooked breakfast which was good, but if your booking states breakfast buffet it will not be. The clean linen, towels and toilet roll were kept in a supermarket trolley outside the apartments collecting dust, very unhygienic and totally unprofessional.

Ran out of jack Daniels on day one Sunday 15 th June. Still none a few days later . Spoke to the boss . He don't care about his customers . What a disgrace .

Absolutely disgusting very damp shower was in a very poor state all the rooms had very old furniture was like going into a very poor place. The descriptions of the place in the Love holiday website fake I had tried to get a refund but no luck review this place before you booked

On arrival there was an extremely grumpy receptionist, he clearly doesnt want to be there. If you want a lie in, forget it. The cleaners come in unannounced while you're sleeping early mornings and you can here them making up rooms next door as the walls are paper thin. Ants everywhere in the apartment, you cant leave food or drink out (even when you're making it as the ants seem to come out of nowhere and fast) and to top off my experience there are known con men & drug dealers by the pool!! One of the owners decided to argue with one of the tourists when I was there!! seriously, go somewhere else for peace and quiet. Won't be returning there or to Paphos. Defiantly better countries to visit.

This hotel may be 3* but everything about it is 5* we have just had the most awesome holiday ever. It's spotlessly clean with huge apartments and very friendly staff. Spiros and Sue made our holiday even more special than it was already. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Be careful at the bar as the cocktails are awesome, ask spiros to make you a special off menu one...wow. the bar vibe by the pool is fab and id go back here in a heartbeat. The food is beautiful, especially the pork chops and tatziki mmmm. There's some bad reviews on here but we couldn't find one fault with this resort. Awesome....we will be back. Amanda

The room was not worth 1 star nor was it worth the money I paid. The sheets were so thin you could see through them. The shower was broken, use duck tape to hold it in place and mould around the bath. The curtains had tears in them. The lift didn't work. There was no dish cloth to wash the dishes and no tea towels I had to ask for them. Go a new fish cloth but got a use cloth out of a cleaners car. The towels were greyish colour not white. Some of the render on the walls were deteriorating. The room was very basic. I believe most of the people are permanent residents some had pets (dogs and cat). Would not recommend it or ever stay there again.

This place has definitely seen better days! The apartment is huge and basic but has everything u need for 2 people. The bed is lumpy and pillows are well used but for the price we paid we weren't expecting luxury!!
The issue with this place is the continous dog howling and barking, speeding cars and motorbikes and cats crying!!
The roads are treated as race tracks all day until late at night!
You definitely need a car as its at least a 25 minute walk to the nearest taverna down a lane that is not pedestrian friendly .

Property is not at the standard it should be. Far away from the city. If you don’t have a car it’s very difficult to go and also if you get a puplic transport you have to walk 1km up hill. You need taxi which is very expensive.

I stayed here from 12/4/25 to 26/4/25. The accommodation was almost exactly as described but I’m afraid that the facilities in the apartment were sadly lacking. Few or no cooking utensils, a/c didn’t work, no heating, no pans, no tea towels. Fire extinguisher was out of date by 12 years and there was no fire blanket. The bed was comfortable and I was given extra pillows on request although they were of poor quality. Hardly any coat hangers in the wardrobe and very little crockery. Fortunately I was alone so that wasn’t really important. The room was cleaned every other day so that was a good point. Generally it was value for money but they need to get their act together sooner rather than later.

It’s cheap and cheerful. Fine for us visiting from Nicosia but you’d be a bit upset visiting from overseas!

The cleanliness of the studio was acceptable. The internet connection was excellent. The staff was friendly. But the complex is remote and there is no convenient public transportation.

Don't trust the pictures! When we booked the hotelscom page stated free airport transfer, but before arrival the page changed and it was not free anymore. On the phone the receptionist was rude to us: shouted that there is no free airport transfer and then he put down the phone. At arrival the receptionist could not find our booking. He also did not pay attention to us during checkin as he continously watched a football match on his mobile. The room they gave us were not clean. The bed is really uncomfortable. We asked next day for cleaning and to provide us with towels (which we did not have at checkin). However they did not clean, only they provided towels. I must say that the official hotel inages are very deceptive! It is easy to shoot reasonable looking photos from a distance, where you don't see how dirty the property is. Shame, because with good management and care this could be a nice place to stay.

This was BY FAR the worst experience of my life. I went solo in Paphos for a meeting and booked two night and I was met with a room where the bathroom was taped. the air condition was not working on a freezy night and when I asked for an extra blanket they brought me a stained one. it would have been better to sleep in my car than to stay here again. No human should pay or experience something like that. Club st george FIX your rooms and service. Such a shame for paphos and the location
