Les oreillers sont trop gros. On devrait pouvoir choisir entre un gros ou un petit oreiller.
Très bien manquait de personnel
Le service Bookimg qui a fait une erreur dans ma réservation. Il avait changé le nombre de personnes de trois à deux!!!
Location
This room cost us $325, which I would not mind paying for a nice hotel room, but this was nowhere near worth the price. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, there was no microwave in the room, and the hotel had no pool or gym. The website shows attractive renovated bathrooms with modern showers, but our bathroom and shower were very old.
We were on the second floor, and instead of the advertised river view, our view was blocked by air-conditioning units on the roof. Worst of all, there was an unbearable odour throughout the second floor. It was more foul than sewage and unlike anything I had ever smelled. A ventilation machine was running in the hallway beside an open room, but the smell remained all day.
Without the odour, the room might have been acceptable at around $200 all-in, but it was absolutely not worth $325. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

votre facture compiquee sans bon sens, dont le total n'egale pas la sommes de la nuite et des taxes. J'ai du telephone 3 fois a l'hotel et parler a 3 personnes differentes pour obtenir une facture corrigee... Combine de temps j'ai perdu pour ca?
Je me suis fait expliquer que c'etait due a un changement de systeme de reservation/facturation. Cet irritant est assez pour me donner envie de chercher un autre endroit pour coucher lors de mon prochain voyage!

C'est un buffet et les employés ne font que remplir les tasses de café.
Cet hôtel est vieillot.
La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur les systèmes de ventilation.
On laisse les clients fumer directement à la sortie.

The soundproofing was the highlight. It was very clean and didn't smell like bleach.
The lack of coffee alternatives options and the beds are a bit too hard. The toilet is weirdly at a place where when the door is open, it's inches away from the seat.

Toutefois, il aurait été agréable et très avenant de pouvoir souper dimanche soir, avant le concert au Festival Lanaudière.
