I really enjoyed our stay here with me and my son. We had a pool out to herself and enjoyed mostly every facility.

Pros:

Íbamos con otras expectativas de cómo sería el hotel pero aún así ha sido una buena estancia.
Relación calidad precio está bien, la ubicación es buena y tiene buenos restaurantes cerca.
Aún así la habitación era bastante normal y las instalaciones también.

Book here if you like a good breakfast. Buy it’s not something to stay for when you’re having a vacation
Pros:

I like the breakfast.
The doorman and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and respectful. However, front desk staff need to improve their communication skills. A lady during my checked in sounded like giving me a class lecture .

Cons:

The lobby is ugly. It looks dusty and dirty. It doesn’t look like a four star hotel. Four stars hotel usually look very pleasant and comfortable at the lounge area.

Wifi is non-existent. No connection when you go to the room. They always say their IT will check but it still didn’t work. What a pity!

Good location to visit Cebu
Pros:

The staff are nice, i really like Lex ameneties in the room, good location in the center of cebu, near shops and restaurants, pool at the roof top, breakfast is good

Cons:

They don't serve cappuccino or latté only american coffee and no hot milk

I had a very good experience staying in Lex Hotel , the staff are all amazing and very helpful. Always there to assist specially Sherwin and the team at the front desk and staffs in the restaurant.
