Pros:

Staff welcomes you in a very polite and friendly manner. You’re treated as a special guest.

Rooms are classic and bed is big and comfortable.

Restaurant has delicious food and good drinks. We ordered a variety of selections and it was all a hit!

Breakfast buffet is varied and fresh - although at opening time 7am not quite ready. It was already pas 8.30am when it looked like they had finished the set up.
Only brewed coffee - no lattes or cappuccinos.

Cons:

Rooftop pool looks nicer on the photo than in person and no loungers

Bathroom gets seriously flooded whenever anyone takes a shower

Hygiene should be checked at breakfast - people were touching bread with bare hands to cut it! Gross!

1000php deposit taken - this is so outdated!

Отличный вежливый персонал. Отличные и разнообразные завтраки в формате шведский стол. Хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Сантехнику не мешало бы обновить, особенно в душевой, там ужасно неудобная регулировка подачи воды и температуры. Темновато в комнате и неудобные переключатели света - очень не хватает мастер-переключателя, чтобы выключить сразу весь свет. Отель довольно уставший.

Their breakfast buffet is great, has lot of varieties.

Room is good and they replenish room amenities daily.

Staff is also friendly.


FYI: You are required to place a deposit upon checkin. I think it was around 2-3k.

Weak aircon stuck at 22°C (hotel-set limit), unresponsive to room remote adjustments, beware if you are travelling in summer.

Always a great stay!
Pros:

Everything! Food, staff, cleanliness, internet, bar, pool, workout room……. Just everything!

Cons:

We rarely have a compliant and lost if the time it is due to a lazy staff person. This time that person was in the breakfast server team. With your intensive training that we know about, you will find them and fix that problem in time.

Good stay

The rooms were large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We also dined at the downstairs restaurant, where the dishes were rich in flavor and thoroughly enjoyable.
