Pros:

The hotel was lovely and the room was great! Our door broke the first day and we had to wait to get it fixed! The second morning the safe broke and we wanted to leave the room for the day but we had to wait well over an hour for someone to come and fix the safe so we could take our money out of it! The staff were very friendly but we did lose time in our only day in Cebu

Pleasant but not perfect
Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable

Cons:

There was a flickering night that they had to cover with a coaster on my first night/arrival. The curtains didnt block out all of the light, there were gaps at the sides. Half of the gym equipment didnt work.
