Хорошая локация, добротный отель

Cons:

В номере до заезда не пылесосили пол - он был очень грязный, валялось много чужих волос. Номер также не был прокондиционирован до въезда. Нас было трое, но наборов посуды в номере было два. В коридоре на этаже тоже был грязный пол, его не пылесосили несколько дней. В номере люкс была гладильная доска, но на наш вопрос, где утюг, на ресепшене ответили, что «утюг не предусмотрен», а зачем тогда доска?? При этом в описании номера на букинге был утюг. В номере в целом уже все подубитое и хорошо бы сделать косметический ремонт.

Ресепш очень недоброжелательная девушка. Потребовала отправить электронное удостоверение личности на вацап. Достаточно было бы сверить данные с оригиналом либо электронным документом. За все время пользования данным аккаунтом и весь срок, единичный раз оставляю такой отзыв. Прошло после посещения несколько месяцев, отпустил ситуацию, однако сегодня зашел в букинг и появилось уведомление именно от паркин. Поэтому всё же напишу отрицательный отзыв.
