This hotel is clearly past its prime. While the location is excellent and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, unfortunately, these are the few positive aspects.
The rooms - whether a standard room or a suite (we experienced both) - are noticeably worn and tired. The Wi-Fi was barely functional, with the connection dropping every couple of minutes, making it impossible to get any work done. Storage space is inadequate, and much of the equipment, such as the tea pots, appears outdated and long overdue for replacement.
Breakfast was particularly disappointing - so much so that we chose to eat elsewhere, as the hotel’s offering was simply subpar.
What makes this even more frustrating is the genuinely good personnel, who clearly do their best despite these shortcomings. However, a hotel cannot thrive on friendly staff alone, and significant improvements are needed to bring this property back to a competitive standard.
This hotel doesn't offer any value for your money. Location is good, lobby and breakfast are also good. that's about it. it's almost impossible to stay more than 2-3 days in there as there is no storage for your cloth. beds are on the wheels with uncomfortable mattresses. Didn't believe some negative reviews and decided to stay. hoped Raddison elite status can make any difference. that was a mistake.
The service at the hotel is very bad. There is no attendant at the lobby bar. You have to get up every time and go to the reception and inform them. The hotel has a general heating system. and was closed on May 15. I spent the first night in my coat under the duvet. After 3 meetings, they brought me a heater on the second day. mini bar is empty. There could be a much better service for this money.

Hotel is well situated, amenities were adequate for work related matters. Breakfast, coffee shop and lobby is suffice for all one’s needs
A big group of young Ju Jitsu practitioners were in hotel. They were loud, the doors were benging all the time. Also price is vay too high for this very generinc experience
Very comfortable short stay and friendly staff. We couldnt take breakfast due to early flight so the hotel provided us with a very generous breakfast box to take away. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, room temperature as well.
I would highly recommend for staying in this hotel. It is very near to the river so you can freely walk that side and have amazing experience. Hotels staff is very kind and helpful and they helped me a lot in getting taxis.
I had a very good long-term stay at the Park-Inn in Astana. The staff was very nice and friendly. i would particularly like to thank Ms Valentina Cherkassova, the Sales Manager, for promptly accommodating all requests. I will come back!
This was my first corporate stay. Both front desk (staff) and hotel customer manager were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Mrs. Valentina was very kind and attentive during our big corporate group stay. Nice lobby and hotel, also my room, was clean. Conveniently located. Within distance to Major attractions and more. Great for value in Astana.

I wish there was no smoking floors. Coffee in the rooms would have been good too, but there was only tea. Location is quite good.
Not too kid-friendly: bathroom soaps and shampoos located too high for kids to reach.
I stayed there on two occasions and it was perfect. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Everything worked in the bathroom but most importantly was warm. Also, if it gets too hot there is an ability to tilt the window for the fresh air. Also breakfast was good. Staff very pleasant and helpful, thank you!
Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.

Excellent hotel, wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff. It was my second stay and I'll surely stay with you in the future. Though it was a short one, the fact that you can offer a room for smokers, made all the difference - I was able to work in my room. Also, the environmental consideration promoted by your hotel is very impressive.

I enjoyed my one week stay at this hotel. The Park Inn Astana is conveniently located near the river and within an easy taxi distance of all the sights in this great city. All of the staff spoke English very well and were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. My only quibbles are that there was no gift shop and limited tourist information available, but otherwise everything was terrific.

Few nights in October, quite ok location although the city centre is not in a walking distance. Then again, taxis are cheap.
