Could have been a great visit.
Pros:

The AC in our room was broken. They said they would send someone to fix it, but it was no better when we returned. No status update. When we left, I told the person at the front desk, but she was not interested in that information, "OK, thanks for letting me know." WHAT? Useless. Take the AirPods out of your ears and do your job.

The room itself was very nice (we got the Suite). The check-in process was good. If the AC wasn't broken (and the indifferent front desk person) it would have been a fine visit.

Gem in Metro Detroit
Pros:

Hyatt Place is a favorite, but this one is exemplary, with great staff, an excellent facility and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was outstanding. It was busy and there were lines because of volume, but staff kept everything replenished and area clean. Great location, close to busy thoroughfares, but felt secure. Great lobby and meeting areas.

Short visit
Pros:

Great location. Everything ypu need is a short drive. Clean, spacious, and friendly. Live entertainment was a great reason to sit on the patio.

Clean Comfortable Friendly
Pros:

This Hyatt always delivers a clean, comfortable stay. Of course, complimentary breakfast saves time (and money) for a busy business traveler like myself. The friendly and attentive staff are a pleasure to interact with and make this hotel shine compared to many others I've stayed with. I consistently stay here when I'm in Novi for conventions for all these reasons.

Great place to stay in Novi.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet throughout my visit, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and everything felt fresh and organized. Staff members were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it offered great value for the price and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
