Only hotel I would suggest
Pros:

We loved the fire pits, game room, pool, and the staff was amazing. We got the room overlooking the river it was so peaceful. The hot is very close to the shops and walking distance to the beach. We are definitely coming back.

Cons:

It's not that we did like it, but I would recommend and better breakfast. Everything was full of sugar or carbs. I would suggest more protein such as eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. More gluten free options and diabetes friendly

Pros:

Very clean and close to everything.

Cons:

The EV charging should have appointed parking spaces. Half the time we were there non-EV cars were in front of the charger

Friendly staff close to everything.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

Cons:

This is a special note because I am very allergic, and the room and all the corridors have carpet. This is something I might not consider returning to.

Everything worked ok and the staff is GREAT!
Pros:

The staff is AMAZING!!! Very attentive and on point.

Cons:

It’s a bit run down. They definitely get the very last penny out of the place. The shower struggled to drain properly.

I would definitely stay here again. It was a nice little place.
Pros:

I’d like the breakfast. I like the rooms they were quiet and comfortable. I thought the staff was nice. The vocation was good. They even had cookies.

Cons:

The second morning, there was no hot water for a shower but later on that came back

A Gem at Seaside
Pros:

We loved that it was close enough to the beach that we could walk to the boardwalk and back within minutes, but not too close to be crowded. we loved our view of the river and the amenities were perfect, the little park was a nice touch, our 3 year old enjoyed playing there and the fire pits were a nice touch, my family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I thought it was thoughtful to have towels right before you walk in to the pool area. The staff was sooo nice and accommodating, very polite and respectful. They even had DVDs you could borrow to watch in your room! We watched Hot Tub Time Machine. Over all my wife and I were very impressed and it was a nice surprise how nice it was even being further from the beach. Would stay here again and again. Thank you

If I had any complaints at all it would only be that the parking lot was a bit tight, not a big deal in the scheme of things but noticeable.
