Hotel muy agradable y limpio
Pros:

Las camas muy comodas y todo muy limpio. Un hotel agradable con buenas televisiones ,canales y aire acondicionado.un buen desayuno incluido y buena ubicacion.

Great friendly staff, awesome they had bikes we could ride, pool for kids, and game room with ping pong. Kids loved the cookies every evening. Very family friendly.

Great budget stay for families, not so much for couples.
Pros:

This was a very decent, affordable, last-minute hotel stay. We were able to check in early, and our room was clean (I loved the scent of the shampoo provided). The location was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. I saw many families enjoying the amenities and breakfast.

Cons:

The front desk personnel weren't very friendly and I felt I was annoying them with my questions. We avoided the elevator as it was sketchy and loud, which made being placed in the room in front of the elevator even worse. If you're looking for a quiet, lowkey place to stay- I would recommend looking elsewhere as it attracts families with kids.

The location is great. Friendly staff and nice hotel.

Cons:

My only dissatisfaction was the breakfast. The bread was not good it tasted like it had been expired. I wish you guys had a few more breakfast options.

Perfect except for the cold eggs.
Pros:

Centrally located and on the river. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing about the experience is that they did not have eggs except cold hard boiled eggs. Even if the eggs had been room temperature that would have good. But industrial eggs would have made the experience perfect.

Overall an excellent hotel close to the convention center, clean and VERY helpful staff.
Pros:

Cleanliness of the room, view and balcony, especially the staff. Two times I was in need of special information and two time, staff provided that info. I also liked the breakfast room with its view of the river and its tidiness.

Cons:

The breakfast selection needs work. Cereal was only Frootloops, a sugary kid cereal and broken up Rice Chex. Milk had to be poured from gallon containers. Suggestion: provide small milks or a smaller container and better cereal like raisin bran or Wheat Chex not broken in fragments. Also, sausage gravy and no biscuits. Suggestion: provide biscuits. Large families present blocked access to the waffle maker. Both mornings, two moms were making waffles the entire time I had for breakfast.
