Like this hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the breakfast area had cereal on floors, waffle area was dirty and out of waffle mix, tables were not cleaned from previous guest.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room,good bed and well supplied with products. Front desk especially helpful and pleasant. Have stayed here before and plan to stay here again

A good place for a short stay with kids
Pros:

The river view, the extra stuff like a playground, dvds to check out and fire pits. We didn’t use the bikes but would have if we had stayed longer.

I mainly booked this hotel for the swimming pool and they didn’t say that the swimming pool was out of order so I felt like the pay was a lot for not even being able to use a swimming pool

Great location, clean, cute.

Cons:

I booked specifically because of the pool but when I arrived they said it was closed for repairs. Wish I would have known that before booking, my son was really looking forward to swimming.

For the price it fits for what we need and the breakfast was great!
Pros:

The location was great as it was only one block away from downtown seaside. The breakfast they had was the best thing about the hotel. They know how to feed their guest !

Cons:

Our room seemed to be cleaned but missed being vacuumed and the hvac system was a little weird to work through. The bed was comfortable enough and it was great for us to be able to have our dogs with us.

It was relaxing the room was nice. Pool not so much..
Pros:

I liked the overall cleanliness and the breakfast

Cons:

The pool and the hot tub were dirty and the hot tub was extra dirty and cold we weren't told it wasn't in use but didnt want to get in because of the nastiness
