Very modern, extremely clean, lots of nice toiletries, really good location, big bathroom, rooms are all different but ours was very spacious, comfy bed & the mini fridge was really useful. Really good value for money. Can't really rate staff as we only saw 1 man who let us in on the first night & didn't see anyone again.
Very hot in the room & we were unable to turn the heater off. However there was a fan in the wardrobe so that helped.
Location was really good,rooms where big lovely and clean the staff where brilliant nothing was to much trouble.i will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends
Everything was great
We received a very warm welcome . We were able to check in earlier than expected. The room was so much bigger than expected , we had two very chairs to sit in which were very comfortable nit just to tick a box for chairs in the room. A selection of hot drinks available
We were there for just one night ,therd was nothing not to like. Unless you count a buzzing fridge but as we didnt use it i just switched it off
