Our stay was Amazing. Staff was very nice! Room was very clean and taken care of. It smelled AMAZING in the front lobby and the hallways.
The atmosphere is very welcoming.
The beds were soo hard for the price we pay a night. They should be better.
Bathrooms have been redone and are very nice. The granite shower surround, glass doors, granite sink top & bedside table nightstands were a nice black color with sparkly flakes in them. Sharp update, as was bathroom mirror lighting. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion smelled great & cleaned well.
Carpeting in hallways is looking worn, probably on the list for replacing. Towels could also be replaced.

Front desk was only covered by 1 person that was expected to do everything. The elevator was dirty. Curtains were hard to close.
Nice physical size of room, bathroom. Nice appliances, A/C was user controlled.
There weren't enough lights in the room. It was too dark. There was ONE bedside lamp and one POLE lamp beside the desk table. The other light in the room was the door ceiling light. As a result, there was no reading lamp by the easy chair. That's wrong! I told the morning desk clerk and he reeked of freshly-smoked marijuana and didn't seem to think that his boss ought to know that two lamps were missing from that room. (Judgement impaired?!)
Location and price
Bathroom floor was sooooooo sticky, light bulb burnt out, no toilet paper. Bathroom sink and shower tile looked dirty

Our room was missing many items from body wash in the shower to coffee maker, microwave, and luggage stand.
