El servicio y ubicación y la verdad una habitación tenía vista a la ciudad muy buen punto en eso 🙌🏻

Que se corto el agua, las camas la verdad por el precio no las esperaba asi esperaba mas cómodas y tener que pagar el estacionamiento como que no lose solo he visto eso en parques de Universal o disney

La habitación estaba sucia, no tenía ventilación, estaba en extremo polvosa, se pidió una cama extra que se cobró, la cual en las aplicaciones de reserva y en la página oficial del hotel, que eras GRATUITA, la cual no fue así, se cobró un monto de $600, la cual estaba color amarilla (de suciedad) y llena de polvo, no le dan el mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados por lo cual se encierra y es llena de humedad, yo sufro de asma y con solo estar 30 minutos ahí fue suficiente para acabar en el hospital, no lo recomiendo para nada

Pros:

Habitación de buen tamaño, buena limpieza, buenas instalaciones, no entran sonidos de fuera, aun lado está un centro comercial, personal amable, buena seguridad de las habitaciones y del hotel en general. Sin duda volveremos.

Cons:

No me gustó que está separado regadera, baño y lavabo, me gustaría que el baño fuera todo junto, pero bueno, así es el diseño de la habitación, nada que incomode solo es un gusto personal. Nos costó un poco de trabajo poner los canales de la TV aunque pudimos hacer preguntado jaja
