The view is great, but the room smell is something you can’t ignore, they should use more perfume

seems nice from outside but the room and the amenities is horrible.
so many stain in bed cover and there is hole in bed sheet.,seems not properly taking care

1. The wireless-wifi is terribly poor, can hardly connect during whole night
2. The AC is completely broken, it's basically a fan that sending out wind in temperature from the street
3. The refrigerator is nothing but a box, the freezing device is broken
4. Bad sound insulation
5. The bathroom design is completely weird, the shower hand is on the ceiling, so you can't actually take a bath without your hair dry
6. The hot water system is broken, there's only cold water.

The best part is skypool on top of the hotel.
The rest are average.

I made my reservation based on the rating of others for this hotel and i dont want anybody to be a victim of the high rate. The staff are great and so friendly but the hotel cleanless is the worst i have ever seen, there is so bad smell for the towels, the bed sheets and the pillows in addition to the fungies in the toilet, try to find better hotel and dont fall in the same mistake.

Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful. We face some drainage issue but it is tolarable. Wifi is also very strong.

the hotel is just beside Java mall. a short distance away from paragon.
the hotel staffs are very friendly.
the room is very confortable
the sky bar and the swimming pool is very relax. I love it. will come back again

This is my second stay at the Star Hotel. I must say the highlight of the hotel is the pool on the roof which offers great views of the City. The hotel is right next to a mall with lots of restaurants, so options for eating in or close to the hotel are many. I was at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and found most of the staff always smiling and welcoming. The room was a typical hotel room and seemed to have most everything a person would require.

Good overall - spa opened early at my request. Pool was good and there is a bar right next to it so I could relax. There is no sun bed to relax on but there are chairs.. This hotel seems to cater for locals but it's definitely worth like US$30 a night.

Hotelnya bersih, kamarnya nyaman, proses check-in dan check-out yang cepat, staff hotel ramah.

수영장이랑 헬스장도 완전 짱이에요 ㅎㅎ

수영장도 좋구 아주굿입니다.

The receptionist is beautiful, I love how she treat the guest. The cafe on the rooftop is to crowded, I can't enjoy the view from the rooftop. The food isn't that great and the internet is pretty slow.
