The hotel is a standard Marriott and to be honest I didn't expect much. However, the rooms are nice, bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. Everything was spotlessly clean too. The staff are the real stars here. What a wonderful team. So friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a specific issue that I could not fix as my flight back to Aberdeen was delayed. I rang the hotel, even though I was not booked in for that night (I stayed the night before) and they went out of their way to fix this for me. Excellent

All the staff very friendly and helpful.
Helpful and friendly staff from start to finish. Bed nice and big and comfortable. Very clean throughout hotel. Nice breakfast, fully English and continental style. The bad bit was the design of the toilet partition wall, smoked glass wall with glass door. Not very private and the light would shine through the glass wall and over the bed at night.
The staff were very efficient and friendly.
Food was great, order in the room and collect to eat downstairs or in our room.

Excellent all round stay in upper floor King room. Fantastic welcome from Sergio at front desk and room available at 1pm. Free return bus tickets in and from Edinburgh a bonus. So easy to airport next morning
