El personal me atendió pésimo, la habitación estaba muy sucia, tenía cabellos en la ducha. Al llegar las recepcionistas con una cara de “ni me hables” se tardaron mas de 15 para darme la llave. Tuve un traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y se tardaron demasiado cuando se suponía que tenía una programación. Paso lo mismo al día siguiente, a la recepcionista se le había olvidado que estaba ahí esperando y por su culpa casi pierdo el avión. De toda la estancia el único que fue amable fue la persona que me llevó de regreso al aeropuerto. No hable de camaristas, el chef, las meseras horrible la experiencia

Uno de los mejores hoteles cerca del aeropuerto
Pros:

Que es un hotel cerca del aeropuerto, esta muy lindo por dentro, se mira muy nuevo todo en el hotel, las habitaciones son hermosas, amplias y cómodas y el desayuno es rico y variado y te apoyan con el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto y viceversa.

Cons:

El desayuno lo sirven un poco tarde para los que tienen que salir temprano. Pero es rico y variado.

Bien buen desayuno, y muy agradable estancia

Cons:

Servico de facturacion, tuve que llamarles pqrq que por favor elaboren mis facturas de hospedaje y restaurant, cuando ya lo habia solicitado en su momento me dijero que los enviarian mas tarde, lo cual no sucede y cuando le llamo nuevamente hay que darles toda la informacion para que facturen y eso es incomodo

este Holtel es cerca de aeropueto, entoces pienso que hay muchas getnte no podria utilizar su servicio de desayuno, en este caso, les pregunte a recepcionista que si pueda dejar desayuno scencillo en la recepcion a las 3am , pero contestaron que no tuvieron este servicio. en mi experiencia si hay hotel dar desayuno a los clintes quienes deben salir por vuleo temprano.
