추가금 이만원 내고 마루바닥 룸 변경을 했고 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 깨끗하고 침구도 좋았어요. 보문호랑 연결 되어 있어 산책하기 좋았고 버스정류장이 가까워 뚜벅이 여행하기 좋았어요.

Amazing staff service. Great location

Cons:

Fake 4-star hotel, it's a motel. Dust on few corners of the room. Yellowish old white curtains in the bathroom. Missing filler between bathroom tiles. Rusted metal door frames. Old used - usually light yellow - brown darkened now carpet. 4-star J O K E. (Great service though).

普門湖區優質飯店
Pros:

親切專業工作人員，晚上大廳酒廊演唱的歌手，職業星級表演。
飯店所在位置屬於湖區絕對精華..
早餐部份就感覺仍有非常大進步空間...值得訂房，訂房值得

YOU HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH ENGLISH SPEAKING CHANNELS, THAT ARE PROVIDED FOR FREE IN OTHER HOTELS
Pros:

The Hotel was fair value for the price, no issues with the service or accomadation. What disappointed me most in my 50 years of travel over 40 countries, I was trying to watch an English speaking news channel ( such as BBC, CNN and BLOOMBERG ) this hotel had 5 channels that was to my liking, however once you switched to one of these channels you only got to watch 2 and one half minutes, then their system blocked you OUT, this happened on all 5 English speaking channels, if you wanted to continue to watch then a fee of 15,400 WON needed to be paid , this is totally disgracefull behaviour, some of my other hotel stays in South Korea did provide these channels for free, and others did not provide English Speaking channels, and I never had an issue with that, but when you can provide the service, it is a total selfish cash grab to charge an additional fee for it. All I wanted to do was watch one hour of news, and I was expected to pay for a service that is totally free in every other hotel I had stayed at previously.

Stylish hotel in Gyeongju
Pros:

We loved our stay and had a blast with the onsite karaoke. The lounge downstairs is top notch, great cocktails and service. Very nice breakfast too!

Cons:

Nothing, we had a perfect stay!
