Las instalaciones, la picina increíble, la terraza tiene muy buenas vistas…el servicio excelente, nos atendieron súper bien, sobre todo Murat, el recepcionista que hablaba español.

Pros:

La ubicación. Estaba a 5 minutos del centro caminando, se puede aparcar bien y no había ruidos. La piscina es pequeña pero está bien.
El desayuno también genial, bastante variedad.
Sobre todo, destacar la limpieza y lo simpáticos que es el staff

Cons:

No hay ascensor pero se ofrecen a ayudarte con las maletas.

Centrale ma allo stesso tempo appartata rispetto alla movida di Göreme

Cons:

La nostra camera era proprio sopra la cucina e oltre al condizionatore sempre acceso se aprivi le finestre entrava una puzza di cipolle fortissima

Beautiful hotel and exceptional service
Pros:

The first impression was amazing. The hotel is beautifully styled and the facilities exceeded expectations. We had a beautiful massage & turkish bath in the Day Spa. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. The staff were so accommodating & Mr Abidin went over & above & to ensure our stay was exceptional. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Muy buen lugar para descansar.
Pros:

Su ubicación estratégica para montar en globo y hacer las diferentes actividades, aparte del personal en especial de Murat que nos atendieron 10/10.

Cons:

El cuarto no estaba 100% limpio, más que todo el baño.

Cappadocia experience
Pros:

Great hotel in the middle of Cappadocia. Perfect position for trekking, tours, ballon trip. Abidin and all the staff are always available in order to solve every kind of needs! The room was clean, enjoy the pool!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, comoda al centro di Goreme. Parcheggio facile in strada, trovato anche in serate sovraffollate. Staff discreto e gentile. Piscina bella come in foto e terrazza con vista.

Cons:

Stanza un po' angusta che aveva un forte odore di panificati specialmente in certe ore del giorno, probabilmente provenienti da qualche cucina dei dintorni

Appliances were a dated and old, no extraction fan in the enclosed toilet, plaster was crumbling and windows were jamming, only one plug next to bed, limited lighting in seating area.
