Pros:

An absolutely wonderful, peaceful, pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere! The scent of rosemary is everywhere, and there’s a brilliant swimming pool. A stunning restaurant!

Cons:

Breakfast could do with some improvement; I think ceiling fans above the tables are now a necessity in this heat.

Beautiful, calming, great service.
Pros:

Breakfast was a highlight - was very fresh and tasty and beautiful views. Also, the pool area and the surrounding vineyards were amazing and peaceful. Big plus for the turtles walking around all day. Also, very friendly staff. I forgot my hat and they sent it back to the UK free of charge which was very kind.

Cons:

Gym was too small and there was no sauna / steam room which I would expect for a hotel like this.

Joli hôtel, restaurant catastrophique
Pros:

Très joli hôtel de luxe. Belle chambre et jolie terrasse. Jardins extraordinaires: c'est très beau! Belle piscine.

Cons:

Le restaurant était catastrophique (pourtant un Michelin). Nous étions hors saison, très peu de clients et cuisinier manifestement absent! Plat immangeable! (plat congelé, réchauffé?)

This is a must for peope seeking a unique experience on the island along with very good wines and dining.
Pros:

Excellent service and friendly staff, stunning grounds and facilities. Beautiful restoration and common areas. Dinner was exceptional.

Cons:

Very little not to like. The wine tour was very informative, and the red wines are notable. I think a dedicated wine cave of some kind would help the experience.
