Very nice

Very good and clean, an excellent place to stay. Only (little) problem is that it was noisy on the street - though that did not last long and the night was calm overall.

Everything was perfect. The staff and welcome were perfect. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn't very clean and walkable at night, but that's not their fault and it's the price you pay for such a great location.

I had the worst time in this hotel. It was so loud (even from the top floor and with the windows closed, I could hear random people sneezing on the street and neighbours blasting music at all hours), and the bed was rock hard so I ended up buying a mattress pad from a store as I was going to be there for a week. It was incredibly hot so it was a huge pain not to be able to have the window open. The decor downstairs was quirky and most staff quite friendly but I still had a horrible stay. Also, if you go there, you’ll probably a PhD in Engineering to figure out to turn the tv and the stove on.

Good location. Very spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked great, that is a must have in the hot weather.

No hot water

Excellent central location near to both railway stations. Hostel was clean, comfortable and modern; excellent bunk beds in smaller men’s dorm; large lockers (remember to bring a small padlock or hire one for 2Euros). Nice kitchen/lounge area; good showers. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay in this hotel regularly. Convenient and good value for money.

Came to Lille to see the square and the Citadel, when we checked in we asked if where we were parked was okay, we were asked where and told them, gave us a map that DID NOT have the hotel marked and the font was so small I couldn't read it and were told that some areas would be blocked and you may not be able to out. We had parked in a designated spot and had paid for parking until early morning, we got to our car and it had been TOWED as there was supposedly a massive festival, hotel staff didnt bother telling us this and did not say we were in danger of being TOWED - if they had WE WOULD NOT HAVE PARKED THERE, ( they did not put signage up until after midnight ) useless and unhelpful and cost us hundreds of euros and hours of our time to get our car back, we did not manage to see anything so our trip was a massive waste of time and money. Calm? What a joke.

Hôtel très sympa une fois dans la chambre. Vraiment dommage qu'un tel hôtel soit dans un quartier comme celui-ci .. en face d'un bar et d'un sexshop...
La chambre elle était vraiment bien, propre. Par contre le matelas pas top.
La salle de bain, vraiment bien, avec un sèche cheveux puissant.
Parking disponible, oui, seulement 3 places pour tout l'hôtel donc finalement pas de parking.

Séjour d’une nuit. Le velux n’est pas simple à ouvrir et fermer. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Mais la chambre était très confortable et très calme. Très bon accueil!

Easy check in, lovely family studio apartment with well equipped kitchen and a quiet, comfy sleep. Clean and safe. Easy location for the train stations and perfect for the Olympics.

Nearby alleys could get a bit scary at night for females walking alone

Basic functional room. Good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Bed nice. Very close to the centre.

Problème d'évacuation sur le lavabo.

Bonjour, hôtel moderne, propre. quelques améliorations à apporter, notamment coté salle de bain, les serviettes sont toute petites et très fines.
Coté lit, une couette tombant de chaque coté du lit serait bien plus confortable.

Proche de la gare. Un accueil très souriant et efficace. Une chambre spacieuse bien équipée. Une sdb qui mériterait un petit coup de neuf. J’ai eu l’occasion de tester de nombreux établissements dans ce secteur pour nuit et je salue ici le rapport qualité / prix

Clean and well kept room.

It was clean, quiet and the receptionists friendly, communicative and helpful. The €12 breakfast wasn't as good as we hoped: pancakes and waffles were the cold, store-bought variety, but the fruit salad was good. It was within walking distance of the station (Lille Europe). I would stay here again
