I really enjoyed my stay and felt well looked after throughout my visit. The staff were very helpful and tried to accommodate every request promptly and without delay, going over and above just to please customers.
The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including a nice, good-sized swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, and a gym, all free of charge.

The location is excellent, however inside and industrial part of the city, offering a variety of dining options, from local cuisine at Kubanna Restaurant to familiar favorites like McDonald's and Starbucks. It also serves as a perfect base for exploring the nearby coastal hiking trails.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the cleaning standards. In the gym area, staff should focus on sanitising and wiping down equipment and cleaning the mirrors.
The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were replaced regularly; however, a deeper clean is needed to avoid spoiling the overall impression. The building is relatively old and requires some basic, but regular maintenance, if it wants to compete with newly built hotels in the area.
In addition, dirty windows prevent guests from fully enjoying the lovely sunset views.
Addressing these small issues would significantly improve the overall guest experience and leave a much better impression on customers.
