Fantastic experience
Pros:

The service is excellent. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The facilities are very clean. Everything smells good. The breakfast room is fantastic! The coffee is nice and hot! I highly recommend.

Hotel was okay, very packed and busy

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay. They actually read my note and granted my request for my room which I appreciated.

Cons:

There was another review about this hotel hosting big parties and those parties using the lobby. When I fist read that review, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, but they were right! There were like 80-100+ people from a traveling sports team in the lobby and they took up the entire space so you couldn’t use the lobby or the amenities even if you wanted to. There were kids bouncing a basketball above our room from 6-10pm which kept waking me and my children up. It was only for one night, so I didn’t mention anything, but the noise would’ve been a bother if we were staying longer.
