Clean and quiet

Cons:

Didn't like staying on the first floor next to janitors closet. We could hear cars starting outside our window.. Other than that the room was nice and cozy..

Hotel was okay, very packed and busy

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was okay. They actually read my note and granted my request for my room which I appreciated.

Cons:

There was another review about this hotel hosting big parties and those parties using the lobby. When I fist read that review, I thought it wasn’t a big deal, but they were right! There were like 80-100+ people from a traveling sports team in the lobby and they took up the entire space so you couldn’t use the lobby or the amenities even if you wanted to. There were kids bouncing a basketball above our room from 6-10pm which kept waking me and my children up. It was only for one night, so I didn’t mention anything, but the noise would’ve been a bother if we were staying longer.

Convenient and Clean hotel stay near Hershey Park
Pros:

The location and overall hotel were good. The booking, check-in service, and hotel staff were all good. The room was clean and they offered free breakfast.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room, even though it was on the 5th floor was extremely noisy. The room was facing the back of the hotel and there was a trash truck that came every morning around 4 am right outside the window. Also, there was a loud rumbling below our room as well. Not sure if it was the A/C ducts or something else.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This Marriott was a great stay (not all Fairfields are created equal) just as you should expect from a Marriott. Clean room, clean building and grounds, really good breakfast, nice staff, convenient and quiet location yet close to town and attractions. Will definitely choose again.

Cons:

Sundrie shop does not have many choices but that was very minor. That would not deter me from staying here again bc I plan on booking here again when I visit Hershey

Good hardware but below average service
Pros:

Overall good hardware but service is seriously lacking. The place is clean and good location. Room is small but comfortable. The service staff is doing absolutely minimum especially front desk night shift. Breakfast is okay. House keeping is below average. It would not be my first choice of hotels in this area.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Clean room. When we checked in and turned on the heat, we experienced a burning spell. We we leaving for Chocolate Town so we told the front desk about the smell. Someone from maintenance fixed it while we were gone. Presto, no more smell and plenty of heat.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing. Everything was so good that we had no complaints.
