Staff... They never answered the phone when I did get-up-and-go to the front desk. It took her over 45 minutes and she came down with an attitude stating that she was cleaning rooms. Answering phones intending to staff. That is not my problem.I am a customer, a paying customer

The coffee

Cons:

The noise was damaging all night. I could not rest. Also, they put me on the 2nd floor and I'm traveling alone. I've always asked for the 1st floor never the second or third. Then, when you do try to contact staff, they never answer or call you back. And the last thing the breakfast was horrible.I am the director of accounting for halliburton corporation and I was in charge of locating a hotel.Thinking it would be the spark because i've stayed there previously but I would not dare to recommend this hotel to anyone
