ontbijt ONTZETTEND traag
Mooie en ruime kamer in het centrum van Venray, met publieke parking om de hoek. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en verzorgd diner.
Het ontbijt wordt aan tafel geserveerd maar was beneden alle peil. We moesten eerst een half uur wachten op een koffie en vervolgens nog eens meer dan een half uur op enkele afgebakken pistolets en een paar schijfjes beleg; dit leek gewoon uit de supermarkt van om de hoek te komen. Geen eitje, geen (vers) fruitsap, enkel nog een yoghurtje met wat stukjes appel en een mandje met wat voorverpakte confituur en choco. De ober stond er helemaal alleen voor en sprak geen Nederlands; hij was wel vriendelijk en deed zijn best, maar leek aan zijn lot te worden overgelaten door het Management. Zeer jammer voor zo'n mooi en gezellig hotel, anders zouden we dit echt aan iedereen aanbevelen.

The owner is a very nice guy but it’s been a week requesting an invoice, probably 7 times already, invoice requested when booking, previous to the stay and no reply yet, that’s honestly a non go for a next time as for the business travel there is no way to work like that. Pitty, the hotel is fabulous.
Het totaalplaatje: Vooral de persoonlijke benadering, bij binnenkomst, even meelopen naar de kamer. Mooi ingericht. Goed ontbijt, goede bedden, goede locatie. Alles was goed geregeld.

Mooi in het centrum gelegen op loopafstand van winkels, theater, restaurant, terrasjes.
Kamer was keurig schoon. Een pluspunt is dat er een afzonderlijk toilet is (buiten de badkamer)
Gordijnen verduisteren goed de kamer
Er is ons niets tegen gevallen.
Ruime kamer en heerlijk bed, vriendelijke eigenaar en ook lekker kunnen eten
Het gehele hotel en restaurant us vrij donker (veel zwarte inrichting). Ieder zijn smaak natuurlijk en zeker geen minpunt! We houden zelf gewoon van wat meer licht

The night I arrived I realized that I didn't have an adapter for electricity.........to charge my phone. The charge on my phone was getting low....in the 20% area. The next day I asked the desk if there was a way to charge my phone. they plugged it in to a power strip in the bar and charged my phone for me. I was very thankful.
When I got into the room, the window in the bathroom was open......and it was cold in there. I shut the window and found the knob on the radiator heat unit and turned the heat on. During the night, the room got too hot because I had turned the knob too far. It was difficult for me to get back to sleep because it was then too hot. It was about 1 a.m.
Das persönlich servierte Frühstück mit Blick auf den Marktplatz war sehr gut.
Leider gab es keine einfache sichere Unterbringung für unsere Fahrräder.
Gute Lage, sehr zentral
Frühstück kam etwas schleppend an den Tisch.
Hygiene
Ontbijt was matig. Bereikbaarheid had beter omschreven moeten worden. Het hotel was ook met Google lastig te vinden en lag een stuk van de parkeerplaats af.
