The bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, there was plenty to choose from, good variety.

Cons:

The coffee maker in the room could have been cleaned well for use and placed elsewhere spacious so that I could have used it,. And unfortunately the decaf pot downstairs was broken which is what I drink.

Cons:

Many broken and/or dirty things in room. Curtain was broken and had a huge brown stain. Blow dryer did not work, many lights in room did not work.

Comfortable, easy, and safe
Pros:

The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. It can be stressful to travel for business, but everyone made me feel more at ease and well taken care of. Thank you everyone!

Cons:

Noise. I don’t know if it can be helped but the person above me must have been walking around all night in their room with maybe cowboy boots on. I felt more worried about them and what they were doing all night!

Great value, good location outstanding breakfast.
Pros:

Loved everything about the stay, the breakfast was awesome, the room was comfortable everything was great my only criticism would be the trundle bed in our suite(119) was dirty. I didn't even use it I just wanted to see how it folded out and when I pulled it out it was dirty and there was a beer bottle cap, and some gum wrappers...it needed to be be cleaned.

Cons:

See above comment about the trundle bed cleanliness. But overall stay was 9.8 out of 10 for me. Will stay again.

If it weren’t for the beds, I would stay there every time I went to bed
