We booked a two-night stay for $297 but ended up checking out early because of the cleanliness issues and how poorly everything was handled.
We had to switch rooms because the first room wasn't clean. In the second room, I found approximately 12 hairs between the sheets. I called and specifically asked for the bedding to be changed, but instead, someone brought us clean sheets, and I was left to change the bed myself.
It was already late (past midnight), and we didn't want to move rooms for a third time. We stayed that night but checked out the next day because we weren't comfortable staying any longer.
The hotel refunded the night we didn't stay, which I would expect, but only offered a $20 credit for the night we actually stayed.
What made things worse was calling afterward and being told I had supposedly refused other options and volunteered to change the sheets myself. That is completely untrue. No one offered to change my bedding.
I understand mistakes happen, but clean bedding should be the bare minimum, especially at a Marriott property. The $20 credit was disappointing, but having the situation misrepresented was even worse.
I expected much better from SpringHill Suites and would not recommend this property.

La piscina es muy pequeña y no tiene baño afuera. La habitación tiene poca iluminación. La persona que nos atendió en la recepción para el chequeo de entrada no fué muy amable

Lo único q no me gustó que no tienen sábanas extras para el sofá y no abia cobijas extras tampoco
The staff was amazing and very accommodating. When I asked about using the on-site bbq grills they provided tools and assistance to use them.
One of the grills was not working but the staff placed a call to maintenance to repair. The other grill was occupied but we only had to wait 20 minutes while the other guests finished and we were able to use that grill.
Breakfast was good, there was plenty to choose from, good variety.
The coffee maker in the room could have been cleaned well for use and placed elsewhere spacious so that I could have used it,. And unfortunately the decaf pot downstairs was broken which is what I drink.
The staff was friendly, pool was amazing.
Many broken and/or dirty things in room. Curtain was broken and had a huge brown stain. Blow dryer did not work, many lights in room did not work.
The separation of stall and shower.
Their where no conditioner and the shampoo can’t open it.
It was clean with a greatlocation.
My bed was harder than I like, but not a deal breaker.

The staff was the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. It can be stressful to travel for business, but everyone made me feel more at ease and well taken care of. Thank you everyone!
Noise. I don’t know if it can be helped but the person above me must have been walking around all night in their room with maybe cowboy boots on. I felt more worried about them and what they were doing all night!
Loved everything about the stay, the breakfast was awesome, the room was comfortable everything was great my only criticism would be the trundle bed in our suite(119) was dirty. I didn't even use it I just wanted to see how it folded out and when I pulled it out it was dirty and there was a beer bottle cap, and some gum wrappers...it needed to be be cleaned.
See above comment about the trundle bed cleanliness. But overall stay was 9.8 out of 10 for me. Will stay again.
