Do not book here. I went for an anniversary trip and this was the first saturday I had in months to sleep in because I work full time. Saturday morning a man forced entry into our unit at around 8am. My boyfriend and I were weraing pjs/not fully dressed as we were both asleep, and the man knocked and then opened the door after we didnt answer and came into the unit. He said he was maintance. My boyfriend was going to tell him to come back later but the man came in and said he needed to just take a photo of something quickly and leave. I received no corresondence from the hotel that this man was coming and I have no way of knowing if this man was actually associated with the hotel. I was wearing shorts and a bra and he entered the unit without consent. There was sand all over the floor, The bedding was wet when we got there. This place is insanely expensive for what you get.

Bed bad, room small, bathroom smaller, odor, could use some paint outside

The ceiling fan in the bedroom made a clanking noise so we couldn’t use it and there was no shampoo in the shower.

When I first entered the room it did in fact look clean but when I went to the bathroom it was mold in the toilet… hair in the shower and it still had wet towels hanging up in the bathroom. We drove a total of 6 hours to get here and when it was time to get some rest it sounded like a stomp party over our heads… if you do decide to stay here, please recommend the top floor. When we contact the property they was going to put us in a different hotel but we had to pay an extra $75 on top of the 315 that was already spent. I won’t be coming back here.

But our air conditioner leaked the whole stay, so we had towels all over the floor because the water made walking a challenge

The room had dead roaches. You need a new cleaning person They never changed our towels or rags. The floor were filthy. I have been a loyal.customer. I wony be anymore. Bed coverver and sheets dirty .Ac didnt work sweeted whole time

Only things I didnt like that is the location to the busy road, traffic noise, and the price.

We have stayed at this property various times over the past 25 years. The management company has now changed how they book rooms. Instead of letting the customer chose the room when booking as they have always done they just book you. We have stayed in one room over 10 times and stayed in another about 5-6 times. We know which rooms best fit our time. When booking I requested the room we mostly chose and was told they could not do it. No other explanation, so we went on without knowing which room we would have. If we had known at booking which room we would be given, we would not have booked. The property is on the main road and the traffic noise is extremely load. The room we were given is the closest to the road and upstairs. In addition, a temporary window AC unit was installed in the window facing the road. As flimsy as the plastic sliders were, it was like having a window open. The first night was miserable, I asked the management company if we could move or could they get maintenance to come put a more sound proof cover over the openings on either side of the unit. They said they would send maintenance. By 6:00 no one had come or called so I made a block out of card board and extra towels that helped a lot. Unfortunately we were there 3 nights and no one with the property management followed-up or got in contact with us. I hate it because we love the location and the old property if you are in the right room.

Neither soap dispenser in the shower worked so we had to pour it from the top of the container. The shower curtain was also too short so the ground got very wet when showering.

Nothing major, but the toilet seat was loose and each time you sit down you fall off very easily. A little dangerous for older folks. We know because we're in our 80's.

Dirty. I know it's a value priced room so I in that respect it was nice however it doesnt matter how low the price is, there is no excuse for a dirty room. Sand all over the floors, even after we swept the floor ourselves twice. Dirty molding, terrible paint work, Dirty floors as evidenced by the towel we used in the floor after a shower came up black. Bedding felt almost damp, bed was uncomfortably soft & only provided 3 pillows. Funky smell in the fridge. Overall, it has so much potential they just need to clean much better & pay attention to some of the details. The process to get in was only by calling a phone number & being on hold then being transferred to someone whose English wasn't the easiest to understand.

The ac air conditioner could've been better and the shampoo/conditioner dispenser didn't work in my room but other than that everything else was great
