Pros:

Location was cool and in a hip spot. The room was awesome for a solo traveler. Had everything I needed and lots of cool lighting to play with. I appreciated that there was some recessed lighting for evening. Staff was very friendly nice and helpful. Good coffee in the morning. I liked the starbucks cafe downstairs. It was good. Liked th elobby.

Cons:

Honestly i liked most things. The parking was good but I was a little confused if it was a part of the hotel property because how I entered it. I entered from the west side of Fayette St so I couldnt see that it was attached to the hotel. Turns out it was and was also super convenient.

Room was great, but doesnt have soundproof windows
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower head was installed high enough, so I didn't have to try to play limbo to wash my hair as I am 6' tall.

Cons:

It’s a downtown location in a larger city across the street from a bar. Having multiple stays to NYC and knowing there are windows that insulate a lot of city sounds, I didn't think twice about it. This property unfortunately hasn't invested in more then basic windows though unfortunately and you could hear everything from the basic car traffic going down the road to the every siren that went by and shouting from the bar. There was a white noise maker, and a sign to use the complimentary earplugs available (they weren't in the room) so they are aware of the issue they just have invested enough to really help make it better.

Pros:

The bed was broken! It made so much noise if you moved in the slightest and it dipped in the middle. The AC/Heating was hard to operate. It was a noisy hotel.
The lady checking me in didn’t explain the parking clearly so I was confused about what to do with the tag. Over all a bad experience and very expensive for such a poor quality room
