Did not meet our expectations which were high based on hotel ratings
Pros:

Great location; nice selection of baked goods at breakfast; very friendly welcome with lots of helpful information provided about the local area

Cons:

Room (no.2) was on ground floor and was dark and dreary. Could also have been cleaner. Had to turn off air con during night as it was very noisy. Breakfast service was somewhat chaotic as one staff member seemed to be managing both the breakfast area and reception. Surprised to be asked to pay extra for eggs. More like a B&B than a 4 star hotel

Location was great, the woman that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. Room was well air conditioned which was fantastic.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per raggiungere il centro e il mare a piedi. Il personale è stato sempre gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile, facendoci sentire i benvenuti fin dal nostro arrivo. Le camere erano molto pulite e curate, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi desidera visitare Biarritz.
