A nice simple little hotel very close to the chateau, the marketplace, train station and pub street. Recommended.

Quiet, pretty, comfortable hotel close to the train station, the palace, and great dining options. The people running the place were very helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very helpful and nice staff, nice location (only 7-8 min walk to my group tour meetup point). The room is decent, just be aware no air-conditioning, just a fan, and small shower space.

Great location, great staff, very unique. Would definitely recommend.

A nice and convenient place to take train and Versailles. There’s some nice eateries around too. Recommended!

Trivelig hotell med kort avstand til alt! Perfekt for ett besøk til slottet ! Eneste som mangler er aircondition. Anbefaler å bestille frokost minst en dag.

Run down, no air conditioning, rooms are not clean

Owners of the hotel are very nice, and we wanted to like the room very much. The room was clean, the sheets were clean and ironed, the toilet room was clean, however the bathroom (although also visibly clean) had a terrible septic smell mixed with mold smell. When I looked up, the seam along the ceiling as well as some parts of the wall had what appeared to be a black mold. The room simply needs a thorough cleaning and renovation. I will not go back to this hotel.

Das Royal Hôtel ist äußerst günstig gelegen: nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Rive Gauche und 10 Minuten vom Schloss entfernt. Restaurants und 2 kleine Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Zimmer sind einfach und nicht üppig groß, doch ist alles Notwenige vorhanden. Praktisch ist der Aufzug - in älteren Hotels wie diesem nicht selbstverständlich.
Das einfache 2Sterne-Haus lebt vor allem durch die familiäre Atmosphäre und den Charme und Freundlichkeit des Betreiberehepaars. Man wird persönlich angesprochen und bekommt zum reichhaltigen Frühstück hausgemachte Konfitüre serviert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
