Pros:

駅から近くてロケーションも良かったです！
以前はマンションだったのか洗濯機とキッチンがありますがそちらは使用できません。
ナムサンタワーが見えるお部屋を選択しましたがとても綺麗に見えてこの価格で少し得した気分になりました。
スタッフの方もとても優しく帰ってくると声をかけていただきまたこのエリアに泊まる際は利用したいです。

Cons:

建物自体は少し古いので凄くいいホテルに泊まりたい傾きではないです。
コスパ良く泊まりたい方にとてもオススメです。

Pros:

i like the location. it's at the center of all. can walk going to myeongdong :)) free bottled water everyday. can get water anytime. + WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!

Sympas pour deux nuits max!

Cons:

Le déjeuné compris dans la réservation est du café/the à disposition (toute la journée) et des petits pains industriels ( premier arrivé premier servi).
Les lits sont horribles!!!!! Vieux, vétustes, dur… je dormais mieux par terre avec un matelas IKEA première gamme!

全体的に良かったのに。水回りでマイナス
Pros:

お水を無料でいただけた。ロビーから持って行くスタイル。
徒歩圏内で東大門や明洞にいけてめちゃくちゃ便利。
ただ駅まではそこそこ歩く。
電子レンジやカラトリーなどがロビーにあり
スプーンが欲しかったので助かった！
部屋のコップが紙なのが良かった。
近くにコンビニあり環境はいい。

Cons:

全体的に古いです。
水回りが色々と残念。
シャワーとトイレに仕切りがなくて
友達と行ったのでビチョビチョトイレになるのが嫌でチムチルバンへいきました。

Pros:

明洞も東大門方面も徒歩で行ける距離で立地が最高です。すぐ横にはコンビニがあります。ペットボトルの水が何本でも無料、コーヒーお茶のサービスもあり大変助かりました。他のアメニティとしては、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、タオルは部屋に置いてあります。メゾネットタイプの部屋だったので天井が高く、窓も開けられるので快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

カードキーの反応が少し悪く慣れるまでコツが必要です。ロフトの掛け布団カバーのみ交換していない様な使用感のあるヨレヨレしたものでした。他のベッドはパリッとしたリネンでした。深夜でも正面入口が開けっ放しでスタッフの方も見当たらず、大きい通り沿いではありますがややセキュリティ面が心配でした。

日本人が安心して泊まれるホテル！
Pros:

日本語で「おかえりなさい」の安心感。
対応がとても丁寧で、ベッドシーツも新品のように綺麗だった。マダニチェックOK！
お水が何本でも無料で持ち帰りOKで、変換プラグの貸出あり、タオル、シャンプー、ボディーソープが備え付けなのは も有難かった。
目の前にあるバス停から明洞市街地まで3駅、ソウル駅まで5駅でアクセス良好！
お土産を両手に抱えて帰ってもあまり苦になりませんでした。

Cons:

ない。強いて言うなら、ユニットバスとお部屋の間のガラス戸の下が少し空いていて、バスマットがびちょびちょになってしまった。
海外は連泊だとベッドメイクに入らないと聞いていたので、部屋で乾かして置いたら掃除してくれたようで、バスタオルと一緒に持って行ってくれていた。
でも、替えのバスマットは置いてくれてなかった…。
バスタオルとボディタオルを置いてくれてたので、それで代用した。

韓国ソウル旅行のベースとしてエクスペディアで予約しました。
エクスペディアからは明確な予約確定通知が来なかったので直電で予約確認をした上で訪れました。
ロケーションは最寄りの駅が「忠武路」で明洞からは一駅、ソウルからも三駅の好立地でした。
バス停もすぐ近くにあり大変便利でした。
ご人家族なのでどんな部屋かと心配していましたが、いざチェックインしてみると最上階のロフト付きの部屋で、下層にはシングルベッドが3つ、ロフトにマットの寝床が2つと言う設定でした。
アメニティーは歯ブラシと髭剃り以外は揃っていたかと思います。
何よりフロントのオバサマとオジサマがとても愛想が良く親切で、その上ロビーには無料のミネラルウォーターと朝はコーヒーとバナナケーキが振る舞われとても助かりました。
ベッドは硬めですが総評価としてはかなり好印象でした、お勧めです。

Pros:

Staff were exceptional and very friendly and helpful. Great location only one station and walking distance to Myeong-dong market. The hotel is located close to several train lines which helped sightseeing in Soeul which we found very safe as foreigners – download Naver app as more accurate than Google maps.

Cons:

Like all hotels we encounted in Soeul the hotel rooms are cramped compared to our expectations in Australia, however we enjoyed the experience. The matteresses were different and harder than we expected however we were so exhausted as tourists and surprisingly more comfortable than initially expected.

Pros:

8-10 mins walk from stations (there are actually 2 stations around the property, which makes it a convenient spot to stay); the lady and the gentleman at the reception were friendly (the lady can speak in English btw); luggage drop is possible before check-in; a convenient store is nearby, no worries if you want some snacks at night.

Cons:

The equipments in the room are a bit outdated; air-conditioning worked, but for some reasons, it did not cool down the room continuously; no slippers in the room though the item is listed; cleanliness needs to be improved as it does not meet the hotel standard.

Location is somewhat good.
Pros:

The property is not that grand, just average. They first gave us a room where ac was not working, it was so hot, suffocating almost. It took about one hour to try and fix it but they eventually moved us to a new room

Cons:

The owner guy was so rude! To us and to his staff. We didn’t like his attitude!!

Pros:

少しカタコトだけど日本語対応してくれる男性の方と普通に流暢にお話できる女性の方がいました。
でも、常にフロントに常駐しているわけではなく、呼び出しボタンもないので、何かあった時はすぐ呼べないかもしれません。
外出する際は、常にカードキーを持参し、帰るときにフロントに置いてある返却皿に戻しました。
今回、泊まったシャワー管理はシャンプー、ボディーソープが全く補充されてなかったので、持参必須した方がいいです。
