Die Mitarbeitenden an der Reception waren freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Zimmers ist wie ca. vor fünzig Jahren in Italien. Primitive Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Antikes und sehr lärmiges Klimagerät. Unterhalb des Balkons befindet sich der Pizzaofen, dessen Metallkamin an der Fassade des Zimmers hochgezogen ist und beim Abkühlen in der Nacht ein lautes Klopfen/Knacken erzeugt. Unzumutbar. Wir waren mit einem Hund da (Labrador). Für die Zimmerreinigung wurden zusätzlich 50 Euro verlangt, was absolut unüblich ist und wir noch nie erlebt haben.

- łóżka rozkładane w pokojach wieloosobowych nie były wygodne
- trzeba było dopłacić za pościele i ręczniki
-basen był zamknięty w czasie siesty
- brakowało ciepłej wody

Pros:

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de mal noter un établissement. À vrai dire je ne l'ai jamais fait jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Mais là, je ne peux pas faire autrement. Cet hôtel n'a rien de normal... j'ai beaucoup voyagé dans ma vie, mais là j'ai vu des choses que je n'ai jamais vu ailleurs:
- il faut fournir le papier toilette
- il fait payer en plus la climatisation (qui ne fonctionne même pas !)
- il faut payer le service de nettoyage ( qui en 11 jours n'a jamais nettoyé la chambre, ni changé les draps)
- dans la salle bain tout est cassé, impossible de suspendre les serviettes
- accueil très désagréable
- il fait débarrasser les corbeilles de déchets soit même et les mettre où ? Personnes ne nous a indiqué quoi que ce soit!!! Il a fallu chercher !
- et j'oublie certainement plein d'autre choses que je n'ai même pas envie de me rappeler.
Je ne veux plus entendre parler de cet établissement.

Disco show resort
Pros:

The resort is suitable for individuals and families who like constant music and entertainment. A swimming pool where you can exercise. I'm not that type. The rooms had air conditioning (but for an extra charge). I liked that there was hot water all day.

Cons:

I didn't like the music that was too loud all day long, I prefer to relax in the pool, that's definitely not possible here. Luckily we didn't have a room facing the pool, but on the other hand, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to stand it because the music was on until midnight. We had a problem with the stove, some of the hotplates wouldn't light and the kitchen equipment was poor - an aluminum pan, no potato peeler. There was no dishwashing liquid or hand soap in the apartment (I think that's what a four-star resort should have). There were no marked waste sorting bins, there were only two - I would say that probably none of the guests sorted their waste. The air conditioning was quite noisy. Other things were OK, the bathroom was nice. I would have liked a mirror in the room too.

Pros:

Avant d'arriver à l'hotel j'ai bien demandé d'avoir la climatisation étant avec un enfant et en plein mois de juillet, je n'ai eu aucun retour, et qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise la clim ne marchait pas, et qui de plus n'est pas incluse, mais payante 8€/jour. Arrivé le soir nous n'arrivions pas à dormir tellement la chambre était un four. Heureusement avec l'aide de la gentille dame à l'accueil, elle a fait tout ce qu'elle a pu afin de nous transférer dans une chambre climatisé où on a pu passer la nuit au frais. À part ça, l'hotel est très bruyant et très mal isolé, on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce, les bruits de canalisations nous réveillent en pleine nuit. Je n'y retournerai pas
