Pulizia inesistente,pavimenti sporchi e bagno non pulito,la porta finestra interna non si chiudeva e si apriva col vento.
Ho fatto notare che l'appartamento mi è stato consegnato senza essere stato pulito, mi è stato detto che la mattina avrebbero provveduto,ma così non è stato. Ogni mattina veniva fatto il riassetto, ( letto)servizio non richiesto e non compreso,nonostante io abbia avvisato più di una volta. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani,anch'esso non richiesto e non compreso. L'aria condizionata era a pagamento negli appartamenti ( quindi se volevo usufruirne avrei dovuto pagare)era inclusa invece nelle camere.. Ho alloggiato in altre strutture della zona e in nessuna di loro l'aria condizionata era esclusa dai servizi inclusi al momento della prenotazione; sia che si trattasse di Appartamenti sia che si trattasse di Camere. ...

Era mediamente tranquillo .con qualche accorgimento poteva essere molto accogliente. il posto è bello ma trascurato .

La camera non era climatizzata e nn era specificato l' assenza nella stanza da letto del macchinario ..il pavimento nell' appartamento era sporco .e il bagno non era sigillato cm dovrebbe essere solitamente da indice di pulizia nelle strutture .non profumava di pulito . Assenza di carta igienica ..dovuta comprare .. neanche una saponetta ..mai successo prendendo appartamento.L animazione bambini partiva dal primo pomeriggio con volumi alti .risuonando fino alla piscina in zona relax ..potrebbero rendere l'accoglienza molto più gradevole . La piscina non pulitissima.gli infissi in legno dovrebbero essere sistemati ..assenza di zanzariere si e' dovuti ricorrere a fornellini.. i passaggi delle scale sporchi.

Pros:

Prima zwembad met ligstoelen, zon en schaduw plekken. Simpel maar prima appartementje. De animatie is vooral gericht op jongere kinderen, en alles gaat in het Italiaans, gaat door tot een uurtje of 23:30, maar niet als storend ervaren. 's nachts verder geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Al zijn de appartementen wel wat gehorig.

Cons:

Appartement was wel wat gedateerd, en kwa onderhoud waren er nog wel wat kleine dingetjes.

Ložnice- kuchyň a koupelna nelze nic vytknout sice starší ,ale vše v pořádku, jen přistýlka vhodná jen pro malé děti .
Bazény super, lehátka - slunečníky všeho dost , voda čistá. Obchody 2 minuty od zařízení.

Cons:

Il servizio del personale verso il cliente e la stanza che aveva delle gravi mancanze di confort come ad esempio una sola presa al muro dove o si attaccava il condizionatore o si accendeva la lampada del letto o si caricava il cellulare. Water attaccato al mobile del lavabo dove era impossibile sedersi. Stanza troppo calda con obbligo del condizionatore con pagamento a parte. Pulizia della stanza approssimativa. Il balconcino era sporco sia a terra sia il tavolo e le sedie.

abbiamo fatto la colazione solo la prima mattina, e non ci è piaciuta.
La pulizia della camera, il pavimento non è mai stato passato.
I letti non sono mai stati rifatti, veniva tirato su il lenzuolo sopra ma quello sotto rimaneva sempre stropicciato.
Per 4 giorni non hanno mai rifornito il gel doccia.
Il cestino dei rifiuti non è stato svuotato per 4 giorni, ho dovuto metterlo in mezzo alla stanza da bagno perché si accorgessero che era pieno ed era da svuotare.
In camera non c'era la cassaforte mentre nella descrizione dei servizi era prevista, segnalato la mancanza più volte ma c'è ne siamo andati e la cassaforte ancora non c'era.
In bagno non c'erano ganci per appendere vestiti.
Abbiamo segnalato più volte le mancanze la risposta degli impiegati era sempre: si provvediamo, ma le cose segnalate sono rimaste uguali. Nessun intervento.
