A 4* HOTEL IN NERUL.GOA.
Pros:

Not so good experience. On arrival, we were told that there was no reservation for us. After some time, the lady said there was a room for us. Absolutely ridiculous. The property as per my opinion cannot be justified as a 5*. Service and staff were not well trained, there were no toilet paper and hand towels in our rooms. Everyday we had to ask for. Breakfast was decent. Location is not good at all. This hotel is good for only guests coming for casino and stay in the hotel. Disappointing. Would not stay again. Only the room rates are low, but not worth it.

There was a lot of rush in the hotel which the management was unable to manage. The breakfast tables were over crowded and the same was communicated to the hotel also

This definately cannot be rated above 3star. The staff is very unprofessional. Front desk too inefficient. The dining area is too small for even breakfast. One has to wait for several minutes.
Food preperation is very good. Rooms are spacious.

Decent place, good food but very far from Airport.
Pros:

Stay Was good but the rooms were much smaller even though we had chosen Deluxe Suite.. The room pics don't provide a clear picture of their size.

Stay was very comfortable. room service, hotel service everything was perfect.
The only sad incident took place before checking out when i got a call from the reception, I don't know from whom, but I got spoken to pretty badly.

This is the third time in booked this hotel in a years time. I am very happy with the facilities they have. It's a value for money hotel. The hotel staff were courteous enough to upgrade my room.
