Petit bémol pour les sanitaires « bruyants »
accueil excellent (chaleureux, flexibilité pour changer la réservation = enlever le petit déjeuner dont je n'avais pas besoin, upgrade gratuit de taille de chambre); propreté irréprochable ( peintures récentes + nettoyage parfait); double fenêtre (quadruple vitrage, donc) isolant parfaitement de la rue; bureau fonctionnel; pose valise; bouilloire, avec bouteille d'eau et même madeleine offertes; parking facile juste devant l'hôtel; bon rapport qualité prix; radiateurs puissants avec robinets thermostatiques précis et efficaces
literie mauvaise (type 2 baignoires avec bosse au milieu); l'eau chaude est longue à arriver; pas de sèche serviette. Disposition "vieillot retapé": c'est bien propre et net mais les portes, escalier et fenêtres sont un peu biscornus.

Dans la soirée nous cherchions des fourchettes et tout était fermé en bas, compliqué de contacter quelqu’un. Serait cool de mettre quelques couverts vers les micro-ondes à disposition.
